I'm so impressed of how much this game is able to do in just a deck of cards, exploration, choices, morality mechanics, leveling up, multi classing and a boss fight ! this is brilliant and so streamlined..
I'm just finding out about this game after getting Tin Helm and Tin Realm in the crowd sale. I just LOVE the look of these games so much. I'm already scheming to get hold of this full version, even though I haven't played the mint tin versions yet. The artwork is so honest and old school and intriguing. And the game play looks straightforward and satisfying. I can't wait to dive into these!
Looks like a winner. I like the variety of abilities and vulnerabilities on the monsters. The leveling up systems is nice with the mind, agility and brawn paths to go through. I can see how this game would be very expandable with plots and items and etc. Really cool!
Chanced upon this game on an FB post of a crowd sale on Gamecrafters (that site could use an upgrade, btw) Loved the art, the various possibilities and narrative and your video. Placed my all in order based on this video! Kudos!
I’m looking forward to this. There’s some interesting mechanics here. I’ve had similar concepts for ideas in my own stuff not that I think it will come to pass for me though. Great looking components too.
Love the mechanics for the game! I'm a little torn though, because there are aspects of the Tin Helm mechanics that I like more. Ultimately though, they both look like great games!
I live in Canada and I pulled the trigger and I didn't think the shipping was that terrible, honestly worth it in my opinion as I always give preference to indie game designers and developers, I love supporting people like Jason, he's passionate and supports a family. Not to mention the game is fantastic!

I just ordered your entire Iron Helm series since they remind me so much of my beloved AD&D (1st Ed) series which were magical to me. I do hope this will encourage you to create more excellent systems in the future. Take it easy!

After you finish the included dungeon in the base box, how do the expansion packs work? They come with an additional character. Are you supposed to use only that character for the new dungeon? Or does your base box character go into the new one with all the advancements?
Hey Jason, had a few questions about the Shadow skill: You would only use this skill during section 2 of an Ambush card correct? Also can Azzlar's Moon Dagger be used with this skill? And lastly does using the skill cost energy?

man ducator One of the uses of gold seems to be to bribe the baddies to avoid conflict. See 21:50
