Bei meiner Ktm smcr 690 Baujahr 2020 geht alles außer die Ganganzeige. Habe alles genau so gemacht wie es gezeigt wurde. Als ich die Gänge kalibriert habe ist mir aufgefallen, dass wenn ich in N bin, der erste Gang angeziegt wird, oder wenn ich zum Beispiel Schalte es sich nicht verändert/ oder einen anderen Gang anzeigt in dem ich nicht bin.
Hab egstra nochmal geschaut und es ist das Shwarz/ Weiße Kabel dass ich mit dem braun grünen verbunden habe wie angegeben. Beides isoliert mit dem Fettaustritt der Klammer. Ich verstehe nur nicht warum die Gänge nicht gehen? Habe auch schon ein E-mail an euch geschrieben dieses Wochenende. Wäre echt toll das noch zu lösen. Ansonsten hat alles geklappt.
Servus, gestern meinen Cumpan bekommen und eingebaut. Leider nicht gewusst das die Werte für die Gänge bereits eingetragen sind. Selbst Kalibrieren geht irgendwie nicht, Stromdieb hat aber eindeutig kontakt. Könnte ich die Default werte bekommen zum händig eintragen?

wenn die Kalibrierung nicht funktioniert und der Abzweigverbinder Kontakt hat, hast du vermutlich das falsche Kabel erwischt. Schick uns doch bitte eine E-Mail an kontakt@berotec.de, damit wir uns das Problem genauer anschauen können.
@@BEROTECGmbH Einmal ab gemacht und mit neuem dran dann ging es. Lag wohl wirklich an der Verbindung auch wenn es eingeschnitten aussah.
I installed today but I can’t find the 6 pins connector. It’s 2016 701sm everything else working but unable to connect to the gear indicator. Any other location could i connect the gear indicator wires. Thank you in advance
On the 2016 701, there is a 4 pin connector you can use. The color of the wire and the procedure is the same as described in the manual.

On my 690 Enduro the two connectors were tucked in behind and under the throttle body. I ordered Sumitomo connectors MT-6P-2, MT-6S-2 from Corsa Technic in USA to make the jumper. It tucked in just fine below the throttle body. Only cost about $12 since I had wire already.

hallo eine frage gibt es eine möglichkeit das es bei dem euro 3 auch der Gang angezeigt wird?

die Euro3 Version hat einen anderen Gangsensor, den wir noch nicht testen konnten. Der CUMPAN kann aber grundsätzlich auf verschiedene Werte angelernt werden.

Das Anlernen (Kalibrierung der Gänge) ist in der Bedienungsanleitung auf Seite 7 beschrieben, welche auf der Produktseite zum Herunterladen bereitsteht: berotec.de/produkt/cumpan-cockpitassistent-ktm-husqvarna-version/#tab-einbauhilfe
Grundsätzlich gibt ein Gangsensor einen spezifischen Wert pro eingelegtem Gang aus, der vom CUMPAN erfasst und dann gespeichert wird.

Der Kurbelwellen- und Gangsensor lässt sich am besten über den Sparepartsfinder ausfindig machen: sparepartsfinder.husqvarna-motorcycles.com/ (Baujahr und Modell beachten). Analog für KTM: sparepartsfinder.ktm.com/?lang=de

My Berotec working well on my GasGas 700 es except for thé Gear indicator
I use the green and brown wire but when i calibrate the all the gear it's not working and i Always got thé first gear nothing change ??

As a quick fix: Make sure you have connected to the correct 6-pin, 2-row plug, as shown in the manual. Don't use the 6-pin, 1-row plug on the throttle body.
As well, make sure that the blue splice connector is compressed all the way down (use parallel pliers) and check if the wire is alligned correct in the connector.

Im Montage Video wurde da ein Zwischenstecker benutzt der einen Abzweig für den Cumpan hatte… ist er damit gemeint?
Danach steht Abzweigverbinder für das Gangsignal und im Video wurde „nur“ ein Stromdieb verwendet. Hat er genug halt? Da ja starke Vibrationen wirken also wäre doch verlöten besser?
Der Drehzahlsignal-Abzweiger ist der Zwischenstecker, ja.
Für das Gangsignal würden wir das nicht verwenden, weil das ein 6-poliger Stecker wäre, der 1. sehr klobig ist und 2. unverhältnismäßig teuer wäre. Mit dem "Stromdieb" haben wir keinerlei Probleme wegen Vibrationen, da unsere deutlich kleiner als die herkömmlichen Abzweiger ist und die Hebelkräfte dadurch reduziert werden.
Wenn du eine Plug-and-Play Lösung bevorzugst, kannst du separat den 6-poligen Zwischenstecker in unserem Shop erwerben, musst die Kabel allerdings selbst vercrimpen: berotec.de/produkt/ktm-hqv-gangsensor-stecker/

So nothing to be wary of if You have an Euro 5 model? I can see only one oil measure point possible on 2020 model compared to prior years.. what about 2021 (euro 5)?
The possible installation positions don't vary from 2020 to 2021 - they are the same.

The cable length is also fitted to the 701/690. Besides that, both units are the same. Of cours you would need the right temperature sensor for your motorcycle.👍
I installed everything as it shows and my factory N light doesnt come on, and gears also dont indicate on the cumpan… it shows me that im in 1st gear when im in neutral and when I shift to any gear the screen just flashes. And also my bike doesnt start now with my kickstand down. Any solutions for that? Everything worked before I installed the cumpan.
Hello Peres and thank you for your message.
If the gears are not displayed correctly it has two reasons.
First, it may be that the connection to the gear sensor cable is not made correctly and therefore there is no signal.
Second, after installing the CUMPAN, the gears must be calibrated as described in the manual.
If your neutral light is off and your vehicle will not start properly you probably turned the ignition on while your gear sensor connector was unplugged. This will cause an error message to be stored on the ECU, which will need to be removed by an authorized dealer.
This is also described in the owner's manual.
The CUMPAN itself does not make any changes to the electronics on the vehicle.
