Not underrated, Caleb was a very forgettable boss. He only appears 3 times, the intro, in a url race intro and in the final cutscene, and compared with rivals from the first underground, Caleb is in the level of a secondary character. Compared to Eddie, Caleb is a very poor boss

It's in the original game. But I used NFSU2 Debug to get that vinyl. Not a mod, But we can not use it in the normal mod. Restricted by developers.
