My wife and I have been watching your talks on You Tube for some time now. I was in northern California at Corning picking up my son's new truck. As I was driving down I 5 all I seemed to get are sermons on Sunday. Some were very good and then I turned the dial and there you were. As we were in different trucks alone it was like having a friend along with me. I am glad you are on the radio. I try and tune in on Sunday evenings. I live in Redlands but go to the Loma Linda SDA Church. Your sermons touch my soul weekly along with others. I lost my mother to Polio when I was 10 months old and my dad gave me up to an SDA Family. The one think I have from my childhood is that Being a Christian and it kept me form drugs in the 60's. I was an unhappy only child that never felt love but when you turn to God all your anger and sadness go away and are filled with joy. Thank you so much for your broadcast.

I lost my first son in 2017 to cancer from that day I stop praying. I was lost feeling empty and sad. After 5 years this year I was sick and I thought I am going to die. So I prayed to God that if I'm going to die I don't want to go to hell. So started watching pastor doug in Facebook and here in RUclips. Now I have been watching sermons everyday and my faith is growing stronger again. Stronger than my faith before ❤️❤️ thank you very much for this very meaningful sermon 🙏🙏

My life has been mostly pain and loss. I’m still waiting for the good stuff to happen. I guess it won’t happen here, I will have to wait for the return of Jesus. Many times doctors have told my family that they didn’t know how I am still alive, because under the circumstances anyone else would be dead. I have 2 live children and 8 dead who never really had a chance to live. I guess God has his reasons why I am still here. Maybe it’s just to give testimony to others.

I am sorry for your pain and heartache. Life can be a very lonely and difficult journey. Remember, God never intended us to go through all these horrible experiences, especially death. He will one day restore the Garden of Eden and will banish all pain, sorrow, suffering and death. Hold on to Him and realize the best is yet to come. Jesus is with you and He loves you. He will make it up to you one day! He promises!

Why all the stage show??? What would Jesus do? Would He put on a "show" and use theatre style autitorium?
      I don't think so...

You actually don't have to forgive those who aren't repentant Lk 17:3. You just leave them to God Rom 12:19 Repay no one evil for evil, but give thought to do what is honorable in the sight of all. If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all. Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord. Even God don't forgive an unrepentant Satan.

Moses Tan Matthew 11:25,26 “25 And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
26 But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.”

@@dani868ful Two points my friend so we don't cheapen forgiveness as they had cheapened grace by building a theology in 1 verse
      1) God cannot forgive satan cos he is not repentant. God does not ask us to do what he doesnt do.
      2) Lk 17:3 says yes forgive 70x7 times if the enemy offends and repents that many times.

Stephen forgave those who stoned him.
He never knew that Paul became a Christian. It happened after Stephen died. Paul would have repented (because he was a murderer) otherwise he wouldn't be saved.
Jesus forgave those who crucified Him.
Remember those at the cross after the events saying "truly He was the Son of God"? We don't know if any of them will be saved or even repented but they saw the events. It would have been on their minds.
My point is that just because we don't see people repent that hurt us doesn't mean they don't repent at all. It may be years later that something happen to them and they turn to Christ and repent.
Forgiving someone else is not for the other persons benefit neccesarily but it's for our own peace of mind that we don't have anything (like hatred or envy towards another person) that can come between us and God.

Forgiving someone who trespass you is a challenge, not easy but we ought to obey the Lord. The most difficult thing is to put up with people who continue to do evil to you and purposely doing it and they are not asking for your forgiveness they are just continue to harass u.. like criminal.. would you forgive someone who kill your son? Or rape your wife or daughter ? And that person continue to do so? Would you be so weak? As a Christian shouldn’t I put an end to evil!! By beating that person who doing evil to my family to dead? Or should I watch and let him do it? We are to be like Jesus but we can’t be Jesus. His journey was to sacrifice His life body and blood so it washes away our sin, we are to drink the blood of Christ and eat his body, for He is the bread of life and living fountain that would quench our spiritual and that we be dead to sin and be slave to righteousness .. but didn’t Jesus beat those who defile the temple of God. Likewise if my family is righteous and we are serving the true Lord Jesus and if anybody tried to defile my family I will put a beating on them, the Angels and Holy Spirit will give me the power just as they gave Israelites the power to defeat evil and enemy of God

Doug Batchelor representances the seventh day adventist church, who practices the preaching of heresy. To all of you that have suffered loss, one can only hope that they were saved and sorry for your loss. Salvation comes through Christ ...Read Rom 1st Cor 15-1-4 and Romans 10 -4...Salvation does not come through a church, nor do works..

    • @caribbeangirl7876
      @caribbeangirl7876 5 лет назад +3

Mark, what exactly does Doug say or do that leads you to accuse him of practicing heresy. Please be specific. God holds us guilty when we accuse others falsely. I have never heard him say that one gets salvation through a church or works, although the Bible did say, "Faith without works is dead James 2:17 and verses 10 /11.

Doug Batchelor finds everything to preach about other than the Three Angels' Messages; THE Message of urgency of the hour.
He is slowly, subtly, diverting the minds of the people away from what they need to be focused on.
The "falling away" prophesied by Paul in 2 Thessalonians 2 that reveals the man of sin does not refer to the already fallen evangelical churches, but to those who know the Truth.
Who are the "Protestants of America" who shall "reach their hands across the abyss to clasp hands with the Roman power"?
Haven't we seen Ganoune Diop and Ted Wilson shaking hands with pope Francis?
Did not Ellen G White say in the Great Controversy that the primitive Christians like the Waldenses taught their children to "abhor popery"?
    Beware Doug Batchelor.
