@Putrid Fetus Watch your profanity lol, but yea of course it turns bad now, but it is nice if you want a nice smooth feel from just turning it, not really speedcubing.
I love how much effort that is put into every Jr's video! I love the way they look, always makes me entertained unlike some others. Thanks for the great quality of the video!
Haven't watched you in a while, you and your videos look great. I was an active cuber like.. 7 years ago? I just like watching you every now and then. You're doing great.
The metal cube isn't cold. It's room temperature just like everything else. The reason you think it's cold is that it's highly thermoconductive, therefore when you touch it, heat leaves your skin (because you're warmer than room temp) and goes into the metal, causing your skin to feel the loss of it's heat as the sensation of cold.
Ayy, I have a Blade Cube too! Someone lost interest in cubing and offered me his whole collection for $25+shipping and it came in there. It's a very interesting puzzle.
someone make a siamese 3x3 out of 2 4x4s so that you can properly scramble it. can't imagine the amount of expoxy you'd need to fill in the gaps after taking off an entire layer
If you where to look in the twistypuzzles.com museum you'll see that Rubik's/Ideal only made 1 particular 3x3 ball in the 80's and that's the Rubik's World. I know that you have one since I sold you one a few years ago. But int the 80's there where 5 main sized 3x3 balls that have been made 30mm, 38mm, 58mm, 75mm, and 98mm. While the 75mm one if the most popular size to be found now a days. These where made by Wonderfull Puzzler and a few other brands back then. Wonderfull Puzzler was one of the biggest "cloned" cube brand back then. But anyways twistypuzzles has a lot of good info about the older "vintage" puzzles from the 1977-2005.
Nice unboxing, nice cubes and oh more skewb mods very interesting! About that 2×2 megaminx shape shifting, damn that just one very expensive puzzle that really bad and can't even enjoy solving it cus it just turns very badly and it pop us and if that happens it will be a nightmare to ressamble again 🙄 well, at least not as hard as reassembling the sun cube xD Anyway, even though this video is long it's very interesting, thanks
I want there to be a skewb except it has more turns you can do (for example instead of a 3x3 a 4x4 has more things to turn) so like a 5x5 skewb somehow
JR, I don't think you do challenges, but here's one nevertheless: Solve a 3x3 or 5x5 (whichever feels appropriately complicated) into a checkerboard pattern.
Are jumbling and shape-shifting the same or different? Also, room-temperature metal feels cold without actually being cold. It just conducts heat so well that when you touch it, the heat in yor hand goes into the metal so easily that your hand cools down.

Metal feels colder that plastic even when they're actually the same temperature because it conducts heat away from your hand more efficiently.
4:41 rugby football or something like that
cube smith?! holy I remember ordering stickers there...
JR, I don't think you do challenges, but here's one nevertheless: Solve a 3x3 or 5x5 (whichever feels appropriately complicated) into a checkerboard pattern.
