How about a luxury honeymoon suite? That's a great opportunity for a fancy bathroom! Maybe with big windows overlooking the ocean? Open to the bedrooom? I think that fancy bathroom would make sense for this kind of build. :D Plus, rentals work perfectly in Sulani.

I feel like with the lack of big packs and the arrival of kits recently, and now they're saying the base game will be free, that maybe they will announce Sims 5 or something similar- feels a bit sus, as if they're not really invested in Sims 4 anymore 🤔

I saw someone on Reddit suggest that they’re going to announce that they’ve begun Sims 5 AND that they’re moving to doing only pack refreshes and kits for the Sims 4. So no more expansion or game packs 😢 Not sure how I feel about that..
I get it but, at the same time, it hurts. I've invested so much time and - more importantly - so much money in The Sims 4. I own all the eps, packs, & kits. And I just started working on my own (very intricate as far as back stories) save file. I understand the need for creators to start moving on to The Sims 5 but, at the same time, I plan to stick with 4 as long as I can because there's just too much investment to move on. I'm sure there will be some creators doing the same, because there will be a lot of us that will stay with 4.
All of that said, I love The Sims *so much* (been playing since The Sims in '00) and I'll likely end up buying 5 because I can't help myself lol

The bed you used in the primary bedroom is one of my favorites. It's also one that got the added swatches during that update so I like it even more. I would love to see maybe a build on the island of Windenburg, maybe a more modern home since that's the vibe of that area mixed with some eco-friendly elements?

I think its going to be some Sims 4 stuff and maybe a sneak at a logo for the next Sims game, which I think will be The Sims, a reboot (minus the sub title of "a reboot")

@@Gryphi The reason I'm thinking we may get a reboot is because SimCity 2013 could have been called SimCity 5, but they went with the reboot, plus all of the job listings have been labeled as the Sims, so its possible that is what they are calling it :)
Thats my speculation though, they could have just been hiding that it was the Sims 5 by saying Sims in general lol
ngl I use cutting 2 boards in all my builds now since watching your speed builds,
and yeah I'm thinking a Sims 5 announcement and maybe some final packs because I would say maybe they would announce they aren't releasing anything for the next year to take time to focus on fixing the game but ...well 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣...yeaa..not likely that would make so many happy simmers ..so that's probably not it...and I was hoping for that or fairies but alas keeping expectations low for them as they don't care about occult players as much so ...sorry for so much negatively just really sad about the direction Sims 4 has taken I know they mentioned around just be4 cottage living was released or right after in a 411 that they knew some wanted werewolves and fairies and that they were figuring out how to make them good before releasing them..so still a sliver of hope fairies is one of the final packs as well we DID get werewolves, maybe even a pack for elders to round out the life stages as parenthood covered teens,kids,and toddlers,hsy emphasized teens,kids room and toddler stuff added things for those stages respectively,so elders would be the last one for some working on ,maybe (highly doubt)freed babaies,I'm also not sure about a Sims 5 announcement because they also said the pronouns update they released was just the beginning and they would still have adjustments to that in the future as well..

my birthday (and my cat's) is the 21st! its always so fun for me each year to find out if my birthday is in summer or fall lol definitely my favorite time of year. LOVED this build as well i love how the exterior came together.

I think TS4 is ending, maybe 1 more year. I think TS5 will be coming the following year so 2024. I'm hoping we get at least 2 or 3 more expansion packs. I mean it's gotta be ending soon, what else is there to do for this game?

I think sims 4 probably has a couple more years but we may just get a status update for sims 5.
