that really way to much for what you paid probably 3X u paid over the FV and not including the work u have to put in. Ormoc is not Cebu city, i can understand Cebu city. but each their own i guess.
Dude you got totally robbed on the price of that house. You should have paid no more than $20,000 US For that place. I live in Dasmarinas Cavite 40Km from Manila my house is almost 3 times the size for $35,000. Somebody saw you coming with pockets of cash. Better try to hang on to every penny you have left. Good luck and price things out before you buy them so you don't get robbed again!
Come to Ormoc City and find a place like this for less. You won't find it. For some reason prices here are a little higher. A lot in my neighbourhood goes for about 12,000 php a square meter and our lot is 240 sq m. You do the math, that's 2.9 M php just for a lot. I did my homework and No it is not skin tax.

Depends on where you buy. Mejia is one of the nicer neighbourhoods in Ormoc.
3 million is way to much lol you could have built much better than that for less here in laguna

I didn't want to live in laguna. I wanted to live here. I actually got a good deal compared to the houses around me.

I got rid of mine. I can hear the neighbours roosters but they are far enough away to not bother. I actually enjoy the sound.
