Want the lightest gimbal for a7S iii - weebil-s, rcs2? Any suggestions as briefcase mode is how i shoot a lot

I got the biceps for a 14 hr shoot 💪🏼 from using the Ronin-S on full day wedding shoots. But seeing the clips from your bodybuilding days tells me that you can probably handle it. 😉 Nice work as always, bro! 👍

My Rs2 arrives this week. Super stoked about it and all of the features...especially the Raven Eye subject tracking.....I shoot a lot of training films where I am moving around, making it hard to stay in frame unless I shoot really wide.

Great to see DJI improving/addressing so many of the issues with the previous model. But WHY did they have to mess with the focus wheel?! Every focus device on the market is vertically positioned and big enough for the user to use a couple of fingers on their left hand to control it. These goes for standard cine manual follow focus units to remote units like the Tilta Nucleus. I really have to wonder how much precise control a user can get with one finger on a horizontal position. Might be a deal breaker for a lot of people. Probably better to skip the DJI focus unit (which doesn't work independently of DJI products anyway) and use a separate system like the Tilta.
Your videos are such an inspiration to me. Everything from the way you edit, to your opinions and ideas on different camera and video equipment. Congrats on 400K subs and keep up the amazing content! I’m going to start making videos on video and photo as that’s something I want to do.

I have the AK4500 but this looks like a more refined version, the only thing i don't like is you need to use the stand for underslung, the AK4500 has a seperate handle so you don't need to swap it.

Awesome, I dont even have a camera but enjoyed watching this. Your work is getting really epic. I hope you will do a video on how to mount your camera and actually use this gimbal. Once I buy my camera I will be getting this gimbal too.
RS2 has a lot of advantages especially with the longer gimbal arms. i could easily attach even BMPCC and balance it in no time.
Great looking videos as usual! Being honest, this Rs2 looks extremely similar to the Weebil S 😜. Yes it does break down further to make it more travel friendly and CF lightweight but still... Damn.

Hey bro, checkout the Peak Design Dual Plate - it works with Manfrotto QR AND Arca plate receivers. I've been happy with it with my RC2 receivers and works well with Arca.
This Gimbal makes me wanna buy it instantly😁👍🏻

This is a beast of a gimbal!! Awesome review. I think you could get the Peak Design quick release plate that is both RC2 and Arca compatible and I would think it would work....Then you wouldn't have to switch plates. I love that plate because you can use arca or RC2 and it works great.
The locked on battery grip for the RSC 2 is a deal breaker to me. I think no matter how long you can hold the gimbal if something goes wrong with the battery and you need the gimbal then you're S@#T outta luck.
The RS 2 is a thing of beauty though. Great video Peter.
I use the Ronin-S all the time. Going to take a serious look at this one.

The RSC2 gimbal doesn't last for 14 hours. Now, it could be because of the lens i have on the gimbal. I have an EOS R + 24-105L and the gimbal lasted about 6.5 hours. part of the reason why i am returning it for the RS2 combo.

Seeing as you got a preview from DJI, did they give you any indications when the 3D Focus would be out? I just bought a RS2, it'll be here on Thursday, but I really want the 3d focus module. I hear it's going to be $169 and "out sometime soon."
