Idk HOW this would happen but you should change "nezuko" in the dialouge to like a random friend off your friends list, or if you have a friend in the server it says that name instead of nezuko....also love the game dude keep it up

I'd make the last part of it be cinematic and an animation so that the camera can pan around and so you can add more effects/make it more fluid, other than that I'd only change the sound effect as he slashes to be a bit more of a slicing sound as well with the flame sound you went with, along with probably 1-2 more animations in the rotation

I think it would be very interesting if you took minor damage for all of the attacks you use (besides the evasive), as it would create a new mechanic unique to Hinokami that would give it a very glass canon like feel. Really devastating attacks but if you get hit you are going to hurt. I think ways to balance it would either make the damage very small, or increase damage resistance/health pool that’s unique to hinokami. Personally this could either go pretty well or really bad so it’s likely that it shouldn’t actually be added, but I think it’s a cool concept at least.

loved the particle effects and the animation for the actions, the UI is also clean and easy to grasp, would be better if instead, for the final hit where the head is decapitated, you make it a whole cutscene instead of just a continuation for the animation

Here's a tip.
You could try and add an increasing shaking effect until the slash. To build up the dramatism and strength-gathering.

In this case, the best thing would be for each hit of the hinokami to make a very long stun, since for each hit, the HP is reduced to a minimum, and that is very disadvantageous.

Demon Slayer is such an emotional anime ngl. Voice actors really feel like a part of the character. I like how you made the last attack windup a bit slower, but then made it impact really hard, with a second impact after the first to signify the actual cutting through of the enemy. The slow windup suggests that they're generating a large amount of force, almost too heavy for them to move. The first impact suggests that they're building up even more power alongside the corresponding voiceline. And the final impact delivers the full power of a true finishing blow, as all the previous built up momentum and power coalesces into a powerful strike. I suggest adding a small arm shake after the first impact, and having it grow exponentially more violent until the second impact, when they finally cut through. No arm shake made sense for the original because it wasn't Tanjiro building up more power, it was Nezuko, exploding the blood on the blade. But that wouldn't make sense for the move in this game, so that. Also, might wanna try syncing the sword animation with the direction of the slash effects. It looks a bit off tbh. Specifically the last slash, as you can see at 0:35, sword is all the way up there while the effect is a bit lower. The way you put in the voice lines and subtitles made it even more emotional. And the lines were hella epic. "My lungs! My legs! My strength! Give it everything I've got!" It hits even harder after the entertainment district arc. Tanjiro said, and I quote, "Giving my all isn't enough. A HUNDRED TIMES THE POWER. SUMMON IT BY FORCE!" Goated effects, good mixing of the voice lines and subtitles, and nothing feels like it's lagging behind. It feels like one fluid motion. Nice.

I recommend making it so the hits do less damage, but just enough to where all of them combined are enough to kill you and prolong the point to the ending, making it unable to break the immersion with a few bits of 'delay running'. Maybe even an alert on your screen telling you to "KEEP CLICKING" to let the user know that its meant to be used all at once
But its hard to control it so its kinda fair

I think a really cook feature would be something like a “willpower” bar which would deplete when using hinokami and whenever you hit a hinokami move it increase the willpower meter (but if you don’t hit it it’ll regenerate passively but it would take longer) and then the ultimate would only be accessible at 30% hp and max willpower
That's a shittier Rengoku and besides people can just Matrix and go on top of a higher ground to waste that willpower

maybe you could deflect projectiles with M1, causing them to fly in the direction you slash (calling the regular attacks M1's and the big animation cut an M2) this wouldn't be the case for an M2 due to Tanjiro casting away all means of defense for that one strike, you won't be invulnerable to melee type skills when you M1

I feel like it would be better or a nice addition for the last finishing move to be more of a cutscene. To further add, a more cinematic feeling. Since moving the camera around kinda loses its 'coolness'

Now a serious comment Hinokami or sun breathing will be most usefull in ranked due to the harm induced to the user as most people in public would probably try to steal your kill (unless this is supposed to execute at low hp) and then kill you
it’d be interesting to see if you don’t kill with the final hit you die yourself, though if you execute you get a scrumptious health pack
