I’m 74 & used to play all the same stuff the REO Bros. play now. So cool to listen to this stuff. Made a lot of money on Friday & Saturday nights at the various “Bandstand Teen Clubs” in Ft. Lauderdale & Miami back when I was in high school. Thank you REO Bros for letting this old geezer squeeze out the memories. God Bless You & your family. GOOD STUFF!
Am 73 always sing the song of the Hollies, Monkees, Dave Clark 5, Herman's Hermits, Gerry and the Pacemakers, Gerry Lewis and the Playboys, great band of the 60s,, so the Reos can sing for us,,, amazing band
I've listened to covers bands nearly all my life of 56 years and I've never seen and heard a covers band with so much accuracy and precision like these guys. They do it with amazing ease with every track in the song whether vocal or instrumental is projected with such clarity. They would be an absolute gem to listen to live if they sound this amazing in a living room!. This group needs some serious global attention as the generation that grew up with this music in their youth would now pay big money to hear something this good live. I know every track the REO bros are singing because my dad had every R45 vinyl and like the rest of my fellow peers of this generation we know every instrument, vocal variance, arrangement, lyric etc because it was played over and over on an old stereogram growing up. I hope somebody promotes and takes these boys on an international tour. I'd pay to go see and hear them!

The REO Brothers are actually having their international tours in USA. They have come a long way. The Philippine pride. Sooo proud of them!!!!they just nailed it!!!excellent performers. Once you get hold of them you just can't stop listening to their music ❤
They just finished their US Concert tour performing in 14 cities, now they are preparing for their World Tour 2023 and they are going bck to US also. I’m patiently waiting here in Dubai, they will come Aug 2023
Polished and perfectly done as are all their songs. Amazing that these guys are self taught and not professionally trained musicians. Damn good genes in that family tree. Sometimes it seems impossible that they can do any song and make it sound like the original. Reno does all the drum parts perfectly. The hours these guy must have spent listening to each song and getting it just right makes me dizzy. No matter what the material, one of them will duplicate the lead singer. Reno does a perfect Bee Gees, Ralph can do Lennon and others, RJ can do almost anyone and Raymart is a good McCartney and harmonies for America, Eagles and many others. They definitely deserve their world wide success. It is gratifying to be able to listen and see the beautiful results of all that hard work.
It's called doing it the right way. Many musicians tend to improvise and to me that's the lazy approach. It's all about inner competition and being a perfectionist. When I play a song it's all about sounding like the record because that's what the public is going to judge your performance on.

Dear Gentlemen Awesome job from songs from my Generation.....brings back memories 50yrs ago. You must have heard of the Woodstock generation. Keep up the excellent work.
After watching this for the nth time, I figured it's time to introduce the golden oldies to my family's younger generation. I'm going up the attic and gather up all my parent's old LP collection and play them full blast on the old stereo.
@@skintslots Seems that you need to get some good speakers or headphones and listen to both. The original lacks of the sound quality of today technology. I just was able to find one remastered that sound a little bit better than other ones you can find on YT.
@@johnwinn1761 Its all about opinions but I'm afraid The Hollies will always win out in this situation. Quality of sound doesn't always mean a superior performance.

Attempting a Hollies song is a challenge for the best of musicians, their sound was so special thanks to Allen Clarke's amazing voice, harmonised with Terry Sylvester and Tony Hicks, but you lads nailed it. While I know it isn't really fair to pick a particular aspect out of an overall superb performance, but to replicate the lead guitar style of the brilliant Tony Hicks, and his banjo style syncopation, was excellent. The sixties was the era of the harmony beat sound that being brothers you do so well, so you should do more Hollies' songs, and delve deeper into the 'Searchers' back catalog to keep this revival going, and show today's youngsters what they've been missing. Among the many other groups - as we called them - that gave us that sixties sound, The Four Most, The Fortunes, The Five Pennies, The Troggs, and Wayne Fontana, come to mind ... all worthy of your expert renditions. If you really like a challenge, try reproducing the Hollies': 'The Day that Curly Billy shot down Crazy Sam Magee'. Thank you from Britain for some very happy memories.
@@f.lloydwrong7127 : I didn't mention Eric, Bernie, or Bobby either, because without Allan Clarke's vocals, and Tony Hick's lead work, the Hollies wouldn't have been as successful as they were. As for Graham Nash, he can speak for himself as he seems to do at every opportunity. I saw the Hollies live four times: twice with Graham Nash, once with his replacement - Terry Sylvester, and lastly, without Allan Clarke, Terry Sylvester, or Bernie Calvert, but it simply wasn't the Hollies. Why Tony Hicks and Bobby Elliot carried on with the Hollies' name, is rather sad in my opinion.
Cafe_80’s Barako REO Brothers are just new. Even in the 40s,50s,60s,70s and up to the present ,there’s a lot of Orchestra and Combo and Local Bands ( Combo now called Bands) are copying Western Songs. We Filipinos are influenced by the English Language because of the American presence here.English is our second Language !! We were under the Americans since the American-Spanish War in 1898, and the American-Japanese War in the Second World War.We are not only influenced by Western Music but also American Laws adopted by the Philippine Constitution. A part of the American Law is the “Bill of Rights” in Article IV of the Philippine Constitution. What do you think, the Engineering, Mathematics ,Accounting, Medical & some Law Books that We are using in Schools from High School to the Universities , the Authors and Copyrights are all reprinted in the Philippines and owned by US Printing Companies !! Now ,you can giggle and YAY all day long ☹️😧🙃🤩🤭✌️🤝.....
On the 6th day God said "let there be REO brothers", and there they are. On the 7th day, God is listening to them with a 15.2 Bosch digital super speaker with floating dual bass surround sound........and God smile.
i personally considered this REO BROTHERS as the best band the country ever had, considering that they can all sing well and played their respective instruments great. I wish they can make their original compositions too. Cheers to these siblings !!!
Absolutely agree with all of the good comments on here. What an absolutely fantastic group of lads playing all of the wonderful old songs of the past, with barely a mistake any where.Very well done chaps, keep them coming. I've only just discovered REO Brothers. Needed something new after losing the fantastic Guitarist Steve Reynolds earlier this year.Again right on the button lads very WELL DONE.
Much better to listen to these, rather than the lots of negativities around in and out of social media in Phil. and around the world. "Breathe of Fresh Air"
CONGRATULATIONS. After the original Holly version, this is the best I have heard. I´m 57 and when I see younsters enjoying and producing real good music I say to myself, "May be there is future, there is still hope for a better world" Thank you boys, go on like that.
Beautifully said, I was born in 84. I've been playing the guitar 28 years and I listen to everything you could imagine. Beatles are my favorite. When I first heard REO brothers I was blown away. They truly capture the essence of every group and artist they cover.i absolutely love these boy's

How refreshing and heartwarming to read a comment like this, especially since some of the nasty posters on these brothers' channel are known to be bitter and envious bands or wanna-be bands.
The only place I feel I can learn something useful about rythm-guitarplaying is by watching the guy at the right-hand side on these videos. What good sound he has! These boys are individually very skilled.
Mrits Dela Torre “Go, Raymart”!! And it doesn’t hurt that he’s such good looking too! I watched Ralph’s recent FB live and seems like he’s got a fan club going on there 😂😂
@@mritsdelatorre7952 i think he also played lead guitar on their band on the run and beegees medley videos. Added to those talent is his amazing voice and his infectious smile.
Truly amazed by your incredible talent on all theses covers! Trust me they do not play these songs in Turkey! You have perfected these covers that you sound like the original artists! I am totally in awe that you are all brothers and are gifted musicians and singers. Just loving your music from across the miles....🌈🌹💕🤗
The bassline makes me dance! One thing I admire about these brothers is their attention to details. They won't stop until their cover sounds exactly like the original. The only thing that's missing is that British accent when they talk!
I'm a Hollies fan and was due to see them in concert later this year, but they've had to cancel the tour due to Covid-19. The REO Brothers version of their songs is SO good! I really enjoyed listening to them.
Wow these kids are really cool. It's so nice to see young people singing the oldies. These song should never be forgotten. Greatest music ever 60's 70's..

I love watching the facial expression of Raymart whilst singing, so entertaining. You guys are amazingly wonderful. I listen almost everyday.. your music pulls heart strings, it acts as medicine, my therapy... Thank you
WOOW! That was neat. In 1966, Bus Stop hit the top U.S. 100 Billboard chart in No.5, and in U.K. and it was also no.5 in their charts. Graham Nash was still with the group. In 1970, Sorry Suzzane was released and Hit no. 3 in U.K., No. 1 in Switzerland & South Africa. This was the first song released featuring Terry Sylvester who replaced Graham Nash who joined the group Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young who debuted in Woodstock 1969 for their first-ever on-stage appearance singing their phenomenal "SUITE: JUDY BLUE EYES". CONGRATULATIONS YOU NAILED IT. Perhaps you can learn also STEP INSIDE, CARRIE ANN & TOO YOUNG TO BE MARRIED. Thanks.
Sorry Suzanne written by the incomparable Tony Macaulay. The Hollies are still going strong, with original members Tony Hicks on lead guitar and Bobby Elliott on drums.
Night quite the "clone" sound they do for the Beatles, but who cares???? They're absolutely marvelous! They should play the LA Coliseum! (By the way, as a serious writer, I NEVER use exclamation points, but when comes to the REO Brothers, I'm utterly stoked!)

How come all of a sudden I like these songs? maybe it was performed by REO brothers!
😊

Dear Gentlemen
Awesome job from songs from my Generation.....brings back memories 50yrs ago. You must have heard of the Woodstock generation. Keep up the excellent work.
Boys boys, you guys definitely got a BIG FAN from Brazil!
Soma mais uma pra essa conta! Eu sou fã demais ❤️😍
REO BROTHERS ang paborito ng mga tao sa buong mundo!!
I'm tripping on the "bass" in Bus Stop,,,I keep on going back to it.
I'm 71...been in bands since 1967 and I have to say...I'M A BIG FAN...nice job fellas.
My heart buzzed and almost stopped at the starting notes of Bus Stop! Happy listening to all!
The drummer during the Sorry Suzanne Ah-Ah-Ah-Ahh bit. So much fun!!!!!! I'm sure I'll watch this many more times.
1:17 😂
Lol
I think being addicted to this wonderful band....
You guys are so freakin good! I love the Hollies and I know what they sound like....They sound like the REO Brothers! 🎧🎶
😊
Hahaha very well said...
Hahaha you hit it bro...
@Rick Tasson 😉😅
🤣🤣🤣
After watching this for the nth time, I figured it's time to introduce the golden oldies to my family's younger generation. I'm going up the attic and gather up all my parent's old LP collection and play them full blast on the old stereo.
Good Lord, now the Reo's are hitting the Hollies!!
REO Brothers giving an extraordinary tribute to the Hollies. Very well done to all of you.
I wish someone would write them a hit song and put them on the international stage.
They truly deserve it.
These guys are on a roll.Been listening to them for a while now,and they never failed to impress me.Really God sent.
Best cover band so far .
Agreed 👍🏼
When I heard them do Hollies Suzanne, I thought it was actually better than the actual Hollies! These kids are friggin awesome!
They sound more manly than the feminist voice of the original.
Same feel happen to me after watching Hollies Sorry Suzanne.
They are very good but not anywhere near as good as the originals.
Near perfection from a totally different generation. I love these guys.
I'm 72 yrs.big time music fan since 5 yrs..and I'm not easily impressed...but dam ..I can easily say...this by far, the best cover band I ever listened to...please don't ever break up guys..that's the secret to success..eventually with this experience together you will start writing your own and hit it big...you do everything very well..I enjoy listening to your music just as much as the originals....stay together be patient 🙏
It's like been 8 or 9 years old again, listening to the radio. (ask your grandad what a radio is🤣) Enjoy it? I love it.
You’re so brilliant !!
You are such fan and follower. Cheers from the Philippines!
All that info and not one mention of graham nash? Whut up with that... 🤨
Flawless, magnificent, as usual. GOD bless
Wow! i'mm 66 yo, have been a Hollies fan all my life, i got chills up my back when i saw this, you guys are phenomenal!
I love their PERFECT TRANSITION from I am Sorry Suzanne to BUS STOP
BRAVO guys!
From all us baby boomers thx for keeping GOOD music alive.. Great cover guys..God bless
Well worth a listen theve got all round 60s and 70s magic.
This Band is from Southeast Asia, from the Philippines, the Asian Land of Western Music..
Edison Mirandilla YAY!
Edison Mirandilla The Cutest Comment Ever...I’m Giggling... hehehe
Hahaha fun fun fun 🧡🧡🧡🎶🎶🎶
We Filipinos appreciate much this group. before any other foreign nationals of course
I love these guys! Listen all the time.
That is the Hollies! Sorry Suzanne! Magnificent rendition guys! Their songs transcend to the deepest chamber of my ears!
Cheers to these siblings !!!
it wont be long yeah yeah yeah, it wont be long!
I rember my teenage days,,, I'm 62 now this made me feel like I was teenage again...
The arrangement was clean as pure as H2O
I can’t believe how good they are at harmonizing ❤
Absolutely agree with all of the good comments on here. What an absolutely fantastic group of lads playing all of the wonderful old songs of the past, with barely a mistake any where.Very well done chaps, keep them coming. I've only just discovered REO Brothers. Needed something new after losing the fantastic Guitarist Steve Reynolds earlier this year.Again right on the button lads very WELL DONE.
What a great blending just like the original.
Much better to listen to these, rather than the lots of negativities around in and out of social media in Phil. and around the world. "Breathe of Fresh Air"
so true
Correct
Sinabi mo pa...
Natumbok mo kapatid.
tinuod jud!
Yes im 58, since my younger days i always listens to music older than me, don't know , but sure im an old soul❤️,farming with good music makes you work and think better
I played in bands in the 60's and 70's and we were good but you guys are great. Best cover band I have ever heard.
How refreshing and heartwarming to read a comment like this, especially since some of the nasty posters on these brothers' channel are known to be bitter and envious bands or wanna-be bands.
They preserve old beautiful music of 50s 60s en 70s era.
The only place I feel I can learn something useful about rythm-guitarplaying is by watching the guy at the right-hand side on these videos. What good sound he has! These boys are individually very skilled.
Each one of the brothers has mastered his "assigned" instrument and role in this band.
Agree and he almost never looks at the guitar while playing, that’s top level skills he got there.
That’s Raymart. He also plays keyboard.
Perfect: HAPPY PILL!!!!
I just wish there would be a Music Awards for cover songs, im sure these guys would definitely bag some title.
Yes thats nice..
I'm with you!..
We will suggest to Simon Cowell🙃✌️🤞👌🧐😉
I agree, Paul.
All I need is the air that I breathe and the REO Brothers videos.
You mean the oxygen or the song, or both? ;-)
One word to described in this group "VERSATILITY" lives with them.
Brilliant two of the world's greatest bands in music history the Beatles here comes the sun and this the Hollies
Fantastic harmonising on Bus Stop.
god gave you the gift of singing 🎤... stay humble guys...
These guys are hollier than the hollies
Unlike crap music we hear these days....great performance guys!
I'm here again watching and listening this kind of music. Soo much in love with the old songs rather than the new one.
D ka magsasawang pkinggan songs nila kht ulit ulitin 💑
Agree
👍
I like this band, buhay n buhay pa rin ang hollies dahil s knila
Wow these kids are really cool. It's so nice to see young people singing the oldies. These song should never be forgotten. Greatest music ever 60's 70's..
OMG you guys just keep getting better. Sometimes my wife and I will listen to you for hours...it's like a breath of fresh air. Please keep them coming!
Like what i do every day.. Listening to their music until my battery empty
Listening to these guys while replying to 150 emails 🤣🤣🤣
YES!! s like a breath of fresh air
Well said
listening to Reo Brothers during every meals, paying Bill's online, cooking and doing laundry 😄😄😆
I love watching the facial expression of Raymart whilst singing, so entertaining. You guys are amazingly wonderful. I listen almost everyday.. your music pulls heart strings, it acts as medicine, my therapy...
Thank you
They're my happy 💊pill after a long days work. A cup of coffee while listening to their 🎶music.
I love the fact that you noticed that because I do too. He expresses so much emotion on each songs they cover.
Indeed
he has a very expressive pretty face, he's really feeling so sorry , if I'm Suzanne he's already forgiven at the end of this song 😂😂😂
I am a fan of the the Holies particularly Bus Stop in 1967 when I was 12 years old.Thank you for reviving it.REO Brothers.
We are in perfect harmony, we have the same musical tastes !! Superb at every performance!
A big, big thanks to the boys' parents for playing these songs while bringing them up!
Night quite the "clone" sound they do for the Beatles, but who cares???? They're absolutely marvelous! They should play the LA Coliseum! (By the way, as a serious writer, I NEVER use exclamation points, but when comes to the REO Brothers, I'm utterly stoked!)
Fantastic Band, I'm amazed at their talent. Great harmony...They sound better than the Hollies!
I showed friends your vlogs at at party and now they're fans!😄 Keep em coming please!😃
