In Legends, Dark Horse did a story on Vos during and after Order 66. Vos did survive and raised his son with his wife in hiding along with 2 other Jedi masters. There was another story about another Order 66 survivor, Das Jennir. That storyline ended on a cliff hanger when Disney took over.
I hope we get something comparable to the clone wars but set in the OT era featuring the clones, vader, palps, luke, han, leia, and many characters from the era. There would be so many opportunities to expand on well know and lesser known characters in 3 episode arcs with multiple seasons. Call it Star Wars: The Dark Times
I would like to see in Clone Uprising a parallel Vader's storyline, chasing down his former comrades and foes. It would be a perfect place to animate flashback of Anakin vs Ventress on Yavin, and have a rematch too. I also want an anthology Star Wars series following Vader, Luke, Aphra and all the crossover characters, animating main events from comic series. Yes, comics are good on their own, but there are too many of them for a casual fan to follow. Animating some of the core parts would help fans to get a starting point.
It takes 3 years at least for an animated show to be released. Now if story boarding, character design, and backgrounds have been done or are in production right now that time may be shorter but 2025 is a bit short, 2026 maybe
What i hope it is: a show wrapping up all lose treads in the Reign of the Empire era. Call the show "The Hidden Path", taking place in around 8-7 BBY. Have all remaining Jedi survivors helping the Hidden Path and all living on Tanalorr. Characters like Ventress, Quinlan Vos, Reva, Lynn, Cal Kestis, Merrin all showing up. Hear me out. Star Wars: The Galactic Civil War A true sequel to the Clone Wars animated series set during the events of the OT inbetween A New Hope and Empire Strikes Back. An area of the continuity we haven't seen on screen before.
I’d love to see the clones, all of the Bad Batch members, Ventress, and Voss again. However, the Clones due to their accelerated aging, still need to be young enough to fight in whatever series they come up with. Also, since there are so few Jedi available the Clones could also use their “Genius” back; that being Tech. Tech knew how to scan for and remove the Chips, these would need to be removed so Clones could have the free will to stand against the Empire and join the early stages of the rebellion, he could teach others how to do it on a mobile clinic on Phee’s ship. Tech was capable of many things that did not require him to scomp link in to the Empire to get info like Echo. That said, it is hard to see any Clone rebellion or underground without getting those nasty chips out of the way, since we know from the BB series they (the chips) can activate later in the clones with bad consequences. I don’t know how old Omega was when she went to join the rebellion, but since the Clones would be pretty old within the next 15 to 25 years, many would still die like Echo and Tech since the Empire would again be after them for their participation in the early stages of the rebellion, for removing chips and recruiting more of their brothers.
I’m not sure what I would want for another Animated Series. But I will say that something I think would be interesting in exploring is maybe an animated series with Luke, Han and Leia set after the Battle of Endor all the way up to the Battle of Jakku? Or maybe an Animated Series set around the time of the High Republic? Or an Animated Series set around the Hidden Path? I don’t know? I’m just spitballing ideas.
Tech, yes with so few Jedi available the Clones need their genius back, remember he knew how to scan for, remove those nasty chips and could set up a clinic on Phee’s ship. Tech could teach others to remove the chips and unlike Echo he didn’t need to scomp link into the Empire to get data he could hack in and pull out faster if he was detected. Finally since his hobby was collecting data he could find ways to keep himself updated and undercover while the Empire was finding was to protect itself from cyborg infiltrations by Echo. I love Echo too but I remember how the Separatists almost killed him when was linked into one their ships in CW season 7; well maybe Tech could update Echo too.
Imagine a series about "anti-inquisitors": jedi/force-wielders like Vos and Ventress who have devoted themselves to drawing out and defeating the inquisitors at some point between the events of Rebels and Rogue One. Perhaps they could even survive past the events of A New Hope, only to be hunted down by Vader before the events of The Empire Strikes Back.
A lot of the surviving Jedi can be on Tanalorr. With all the Easter eggs about the hidden path and Jedi Survivor’s story line I could see a tie-in with the clones, Asajj, Barriss Offee, and Cal. That would explain why so many aren’t around during the OT. This would also fit into the Thrawn/Ashoka movie as a possible connection.
would love to see that asaj created a new force sensetive fraction that will become later on a threat in the later generations. there is rly good potential to expand. i hope they can transfer such a thing into live-action.
A series about the second clone wars would be cool, could fit the clone rebellion and so much more views from the clones and their transition into the empire and when the slowly "wake upp" to the "empires values".
Even before TBB ended, Lucasfilm had plenty of job openings for animation artists etc. Plus, Asajj voice actress confirming "more to come with Ventress". A few months after TBB finale, DBB also said, in a convention, that there is a project underway involving all survivors from TBB who's stories have been "left open" + we'll see what happened to Cody, where he went after going AWOL. It's obvious Lucasfilm is keeping quiet for now bcoz they most likely want to officially announce all their upcoming projects in Japan for Celebration 2025. If they talk about these too early, they won't have anything to surprise the fandom, especially for those spending all that money to go attend on the other side of the world.
Remember though, at the end of the Bad Batch, Omega was grown up. If they continued where they left off, the Bad Batch would possibly be too old to fight anymore.
Ay yo a part i thought about Marrok, one of those inquisitors in tales of the empire. Marrok fights asajj whilst near a occupation site of Thrawn to then start his interest in the nightsisters

If I were a betting man, I'd say Omega being in the new animated series will be a bit like Patty Jenkins' movie with more story laced into it. I'd love to see Leia sending the squadron on missions like she did Han in Shadow of the Sith. Of course Han would be involved, and just being a dad sometimes. Luke's story would tie in, with Lando and Lor San Tekka, searching for artifacts. I'd love to see Rex, Cody, Gregor, Wolfe... everyone who's still alive, but they'll probably rip our hearts out again and again... The animated series from Lucasfilm has been the best part of Disney Star Wars. As long as Kathleen Kennedy and the Disney executives keep their nose out of the animation there may still be hope for good Star Wars stories. In all honesty, Ahsoka should have been animated. The force abilities Ashoka demonstrated in the last animated season compared to live action version makes the live action Ashoka look weak and unskilled in the Force in comparison.
Yes..yes and YES...enough of the damn stormtroopers..i was hoping if they insisted on staying in the damn prequel era theyd use the tech.and money for what ep.3 shouldve been.a full suited vader hunting jedi...theyve had plenty of opportunity for that but they blew it all on stormtroopers..that pisses prequel kids off.THEYRE CLONES@@ ive always hoped for a Luke cartoon since the 80s 90s 2000s..but nope!!! Lucasfilms pretty dense headed.
I rather see Star Wars Commander Cody series, Captain rex series is boring anyway, Commander Cody series is beginning in Pabu where Cody relaxing and reunited with Sister who knew him and obi-wan kenobi, Cody is main protagonist other characters like Sister, Crys and other 212th clones, also one villain of commander cody series could be Starkiller who kills Cody in legends, but it won't happened in canon, but Cody and his squad can avoid Starkiller who hunting cody after went awol, I hope Cody and his squad is safe, Commander Cody series is best choice.
The empire is meant to be more powerful than the rebellion, a big part of the story of the original trilogy is about hope prevailing over overwhelming tyranny, so I don't think that the rebellion needs to be 'balanced out' to face the empire in a fair fight.
If Disney doesn't get rid of Kathleen Kennedy and Bob Iger, then I have no reason to subscribe or watch Star Wars again. Those two killed the franchise.
Am I the only one who wants something new besides clones? Yes there’s a lot to explore but I’d like something refreshing. Then again that might be too much to ask from Disney.

Bad batch is brought up by their S2 s3 name, havoc, when Sabine take their gonk droid to bail
Ohhhohhhh thank youuouuuuou❤❤❤❤❤
Finally some good news LOL They better have Boba Fett in it tho!!!!! X(
the 3d animated shows since disney have been doing well. With the exception of Rogue one being the only good starwars live action movie
I'm totally sure it's going to be awesome!
A bounty hunter series about cad bane and Boba and bosk etc.. Nevermind live action of that
The animated series from Lucasfilm has been the best part of Disney Star Wars.
Give us a luke skywalker show set in the original trilogy. Stop with the clones please.
YAAAAAAAAYYYYYY
just give us a clone wars like stormtrooper show
That would be boring. They can't hit anything. 😂
We need a star wars 3D animated movie
I have no faith in Disney or Lucasfilm anymore.
If Disney doesn't get rid of Kathleen Kennedy and Bob Iger, then I have no reason to subscribe or watch Star Wars again. Those two killed the franchise.
😂😂😂 ok luke allen
Back then we had the Clone Wars
Now we need the Galactic Civil War
Plus....we've all been asking for Clone Wars Vader. Sure we say Vader in Clone Wars and Tales of the Sith, but in action?
This is exciting news. Green light the project immediately
Omega didn't join ventres, she went off to the rebels
No more clones!!
Am I the only one who wants something new besides clones? Yes there’s a lot to explore but I’d like something refreshing. Then again that might be too much to ask from Disney.
we should get a "new Republic" animated series before the first order exterminated them.
Even tho everybody hates the sequels the new show they are working on will likely be another show to try and bridge the gap between 6 snd 7 which is honestly not even a terrible idea maybe it will have sum to do w the bad batch since that show just finished up not that long ago
Legends/EU is True Canon and 1,000 times better when it comes to Star Wars.
Kinda wana see more about maul and his shadow collective. This is a good opportunity for it.
I would really like something seperatist i dont know what but i would like to see the build up of the CIS and something with droids
Some great ideas. Unfortunately I think its far better than whatever disney will come up with....
I don't want another effing clone trooper show
Disney Sneezes, StarWars Comics onto it...
They should just employ you mate, you'd do a great series and even having other channels I follow get employed to.
Imagine Vader done right. Vader from the comics in a MA15 or R Rated show... oh please take my money.
Seen enough clones tyvm. I want hutts and bounty hunters and palpatine and thrawn
