    Today's workout features dynamic exercises that your kids can do at home, having lots of fun while moving their bodies to shed any excess fat and maintain a healthy weight. Regular and constant exercise should be applied to little ones as soon as possible, as this will keep them active, stronger and free from many chronic diseases. These exercises can be done every day, if possible, or at least 3 times a week, so that your kids have an appropriate development and work on their physical and mental health!
