    I have an X-class and it’s a beast. Definitely the best moped style ebike under 3000$ and beats any stock super 73. I have the standard version but I think step thru is better for delivery riders because it’s easy to constantly get on or off. Main reason why I didn’t get step thru is because like you said, locking it up isn’t as easy

    I like the in-depth ride video; nice job.
    The bike seems to be upgraded, compared to the initial review that electrek did. (Headlight upgrade)
    One thing I’d like to see is a DOT package, so there’s an option to license and ride it as a moped. Wider turn signals, front turn signals license plate holder with light…
    Also, make street tread tires an option. A lot of us will never go off road with this.

    • @easyheimer
      @easyheimer  Год назад +1

      Thank you! I appreciate it.
      I also agree with your comments. Should be more options available when buying.

  • @applechili2848

    Liked & subscribed. I’m 250 with back, knee & hip issues, so my favorite is the step-through. Last year Onyx had a sale, which brought the price point closer; however, with all options considered, the Onyx is a worthy contender.
    I’d like for Ariel to make the bike more powerful & upgradable, which brings to mind the Spark Bandit, a non-step-through with power & quality out of the box.
    Anyhow, just wanted to drop a line & thank you for the content.

    I have an X-Class (standard), a Kepler, a Freego DK200, and an X20, and the X-Class is my favorite out of all of them. Only nitpick I have is that I wish the standard version came with the BMX handlebars. Or perhaps an even bigger stock battery for longer riding, cause even after 25 miles (throttle only) I never wanna get off of it.

      @@easyheimer Lectric XP 2.0/3.0 does fenders right. Ariel needs to extend those fenders 8 inches further back to work.
      PS. I like the Ariel bike but being on the shorter side (5'3" tall) I think the seat would be too high for me. Maybe you can have someone 5'3" tall ride this bike and see how it fits?

    Hey heimer love the video's, but i have a question for you. I. Currently want to buy either the xclass or the grizzly. I rent e bikes here in my town. I rent super73 s2's. I want an e bike to ride to and from work, its about 8 miles in total. Which e bike do you recommend its not extremely hilly here but theres some hills. Im 6'2 and about 265lbs. Lots of love and appreciation Trey

      Thanks Trey! I appreciate the support.
      From what it sounds like, the X class will fit your needs. It’s light, performs well and can handle the range you need. However, if you wanted more range and performance go with the Grizzly. It might be overkill for you though.
      Any other questions please let me know!
