I'm an event manager and seeing what QT is pulling off with the streamer awards is astonishing. I had to work for years to be able to understand how to fully organise an event and qt putting together such an amazing show without all this training is amazing! not to mention she also hosts the show. great job QT! you deserve all the credit in the world
@@smam7667 Yeah she was, but at the same time for this particular event, she is also the owner+host and has a full time job of streaming, so there are added stresses. I'm guessing most managers wont have to look for sponsorships and prep for their hosting.

QT voluntarily does SO much for the streaming community that simply would never exist without her insane effort… it’s incredibly admirable and inspiring
To be honest QT could be part her own company. With all the work she does, it's insane to me to think that a single streamer like QT can coordinate with her friends and others to put this together and be as successful as she is. Massive respect to her, and to others involved to help her.
QT is 100% a pioneer when it comes to the streaming industry. She's constantly in process of bringing new and entertaining stuff to the table and goes all in. Love it.

I used to say, 'If he scheduled us to jump off a bridge, we would have done it without question and on time.' A great organizer is smart enough to plan everything but have a director or main person in charge to manage everything.

Knowing how hyped the crowd was and then being able to see your joyful reaction as Harry Mack passes it off to you. What a moment. All the happy faces receiving the awards at the end was also awesome! You are phenomenal at what you do.

The fact QT seems to be doing all the admin stuff HERSELF is INSANE. So many event planners have assistants! I hope one day her events make enough revenue so she can hire assistants and also enjoy her work/events.
