Jergans cherry almond lotion is one of my faves just from the scent alone. It’s a stronger cherry smell. My grandmother was a big jergans fan so it reminds me of her

Thera breath is my go to, try using the one in the green bottle instead. I also use listerine total care zero alcohol. My 2 faves.
Listerine Total Care is my favorite too. I love the alcohol though, bring on the burn 😂
They changd the formula on the thera breath it isn't the same as It was back in 2007

I live for the Dr. Bronners peppermint body wash along with the tooth paste. Hands down a game changer.

I love the Nivea cherry blossom because I can layer it with my perfumes. I don’t think it’s watery it’s more of a serum consistency because of the oil. It’s one of the few lotions that keeps me moisturized.
It didn’t give me the cherry smell I was looking for. Just a soft floral cherry blossom. It wasn’t really moisturizing to me. I had to put oil on top to lock in the moisture. It wasn’t the worst thing I’ve used but I wouldn’t repurchase.
Girl, I do the same thing in the shower. Strip all the gunk, them moisturize and exfoliate. I use castile soap (I'm not loyal to any specific brand), then something with hyaluronic acid and exfoliation to get rid of those small bumps I had/get on my arms.
And the mouthwash has a specific one for oral health. I use it myself. It's funny because I just left the dentist this afternoon and it has definitely helped my overall oral health. My meds cause dry mouth, so I'm more prone to cavities and this visit was great. Not a cavity in sight, and my gums have totally healed from the random ass beginnings of gingivitis (induced by medication) I had my last visit 4 months ago. I have to go more often because of my meds, but I can't just not take them and I can't change them, so I'm in a relationship with my dentist at this point.🤣🤣🤣
What color is the mouthwash that you use?

I feel you on the dry mouth from meds. It's so annoying. I'm a Crest Pro Health girl all the way for toothpaste & mouthwash. Thanks for telling us about the purple mouthwash. I'll have to try it sometime.💜
@@robinallen8076 girl, it's a pain in the ass! I had to get 5 cavity filled 4 months ago. And they appeared outta nowhere! I brush, floss AND use mouthwash in my dental pick as well as the regular way after every meal, and I avoid sweets as much as possible to keep them at bay and I still end up getting them. But since I switched mouthwash, it's really improved. And the bottle is dark blue. It looks purple but I had to put on my glasses and see what color it really was LMMFAO!

If it hasn’t already been said, one reason you may prefer Listerine Total Care over Therabreath is because Total Care has fluoride and Therabreath does not. Dental hygienists I’ve watched on tiktok suggest this order: floss, mouthwash then brushing. Mouthwash isn’t last because it washes away the fluoride from your toothpaste. However, if you use a mouthwash with fluoride, you can use it last.
So since Total Care has fluoride, it works better for you as a last step. Therabreath as a last step isn’t optimal since that flavor has no fluoride. If you use the Therabreath prior to brushing, you may find it performs better that way.
Ok thanks 😉 I checked the different Therabreath bottles and for me to get the benefits that I’m looking for minus the fluoride I’d have to mix the pink on with the dark blue one. So I’ll just stick to Listerine. 😉👍🏼

I came across the Eucalyptus Dr Bronners and surprisingly I love it more than the peppermint! I feel clean AF! I also use the hand soap esp when I found out that antibacterial hand soap is NOT good for our skin. Glad I see your review on the mouthwash as I just got it in the mail but hadn't tried it yet.

@@DeniseAdore I was reflecting today because I just bought 3 fragrances this week (Coach Dreams Wild Rose, YSL Mon Paris Lumiere and Coach Dreams Sunset) which give me spring soft feminine brunch vibes... But I wanted to get a head and find a few summer fragrances and in my head I thought... rich woman in the Hamptons and then a carefree baddie in the Hamptons lol. But for me something clean, but noticeable. I like citrus, I can take a good coconut, I love all things vanilla. For instance a fav of my is NEST Citrine. So I love mandarin...things like that. But I'm not opposed to trying something different. I just want to smell fresh, clean, wealthy yet intoxicating 😂
Dr. Bronner is my go to needs to be in my cabinet and need one on the go. I use it as body wash, to clean my retainers with baking soda, as a stain pre treat for laundry, and the list goes on…
You ca use Dr. Bronners for so many things. It’s a staple in my house.

@@hotgurl17 After she made this comment I looked to see which one. Because I’ve used light blue, dark blue, pink and green. The dark blue fights gingivitis and plaque for gum health. The pink one fights cavities and strengthens enamel. The purple Listerine Total Care does all that so I’ll keep using that during the day. And then use the dark blue or pink therabreath at night.

Girl it smelled like BR540 👌🏽 this much 😂 oh yes try the City Beauty products. I really enjoy that brand. The sunscreen is trash though 🤷🏻♀️
Yes to cleanse first, I use Dr Bronners, dove or dial then the smell good body washes. I didn't like that therabreath, kept feeling like something was missing in it. I like listerine cool mint or the purple bottle. I agree about the inky list, I prefer clinique/farmacy cleansing balm if I'm not using an cleansing oil. Nivea in the all blue bottle seems to be the only one that's thicker and moisturizering imo of that brand.

I’m cool on Nivea. Somebody did mention a in shower lotion they have that I may try.
@@DeniseAdore the shower lotion is okay, I use it but don't reach for it on the daily. Majority of the time I'm using my baby oil gel or vaseline oil while I'm damp. Olay has a body serum as well not sure if you tried that one.
I have been applying lotion to my whole body after every shower like you recommended and wow, my skin is soooooo soft. I don't know if this is an actual benefit of softer skin but I find it easier to shave my now softer skin.
Yes it is a benefit. Moisturized skin is healthier, softer skin. Dry skin is irritated and ages faster. Glad you have softer skin 😉👍🏼
Yes the gold bond cream with pump is really good. It helped with my eczema.

I use the same thera breath for fresh breath and it works amazing. But I use it twice a day. In the morning and at night after I brush my teeth.
I think it works good for fresh breath but not overall oral care for me. The dark blue one and the pink one have all the oral care stuff I look for but why they have them in separate bottles?! 😂 It’s like dang just put it all in one bottle. That’s why I went back to Listerine Total Care cause it’s all in one bottle 😉

I think I used that years ago. I had stopped using crest cause they were talking about all the chemicals that were in it compared to other toothpaste so that’s probably why I stopped using the mouthwash. But I’ll check it out again. Thanks 😉👍🏼

Girl this is the video I didn’t know I needed 🙌🏿 I’m using the laniege toner right now and I’m underwhelmed, imma get the youth to the people toner to see if that would work better for my dry skin. Do you have a sunscreen for the face suggestion? I’m on the hunt since I learned the hard way that melanin can get sunburn 😂…btw TPH has a body cream that is divine called watch me whip, I love it ❤❤
If you have dry skin the the Youth To The Pople toner is not going to help you. That’s an exfoliating toner. If you need a moisturizing toner try this one from Pyunkang Yul. It comes from Korea so it may take a few weeks to get to you but it’s so much more moisturizing. howl.me/ciYtXiqQ31B

I agree about the Nivea lotion being too watery but have you ever tried Nivea’s in shower lotion? I actually like it for in the shower moisture so I don’t feel super dry once out the shower and then I follow up with a good moisturizer once out the shower.
Chile I should’ve used this lotion as an in shower lotion as watery as it was 😂 but no I haven’t tried it but I will. Sounds like the type of body conditioner I’m looking for 😉👍🏼 thanks

I love therabreath.. I use the one for cavities etc during the day and I have the green bottle and silver bottle they all work in rotation but I def still keep my total care handy to add the razzle dazzle

Yea from my experience it’s good for keeping your breath fresh but not overall oral care. Someone said I need to get the therabreath that has the oral care benefits I like. So apparently I wasn’t using the right one. I’m still always going to be a Listerine Total Care stan 😂

Anti bacterial soaps not recommended. They can contribute to bacterial resistance. They contain triclosan, not good for the environment either
Just use regular soap and water. Its the washing action that removes germs
Since when is anti bacterial soap not good? She nice Dr Dray said so? They probably just put anti bacterial on the packaging for marketing and it’s the same as regular soap. How would we know? What are the ingredients that indicate it’s an antibacterial ingredient?
