If you screened in the front porch just to the right of the front door you have created an almost year round usable space (at least where I live) and kept the bugs out of the house at the same time. For 700 sq ft this is a great plan.
Jasper, this a beautiful house! I like the way you used dark and light wood together. The smaller bedroom, I would think having a double bed in it would be nice when you have over night company.
Love this one but would add laundry area with a door (muud room ) acces to the back of the house ,a pantry and a master bath. Think you can do it and post it again 😂 please I abosuletly love simplicity of it

This looks like a cozy summer retreat, and the necessities are included. The big front porch allows for plenty of outdoor living.
