Hope spurs draft any of these combination Castle, Carter Salain, Holland. They are solid in defense just give them a season to develop the skills they need to have. GSG!!!
man, that's a tough one, we already have a bunch of guards on our team, a bunch of 6'5" and below guys, even Sochan is an undersized power forward. I'm all in to get some size on our team, 6'7"+ wings. I'm just not seeing the point guard in this draft. I like the size of Castle at point if that is what he is, a point, from what I heard he is a 2 guard, which we have Branham, Vassell, Johnson, Wesley, etc, and to add 2 more smaller guards? The playoffs are dominated by taller wings, 6'7"+ and we have basically one player of that height to compete with wings, Sochan.
@@terrancejohnson8017 Agreed, we need size, I love the idea of a Matas, Holland, the france kid (Highly unlikely to drop), that colorado kid. Sorry, don't know the draft really well, but the Spurs need size and athleticism. If there was a real point in this draft I'd be interested, but from what I have been reading the points are mostly just combo guards, a lot of them with no real height or length, Boston just exposed the best smaller guard in the league in Irving, with 6'4" point guards with length!
I know the spurs don’t like doing big moves but I think they do wanna speed up the process “not skip steps”but speed it up. So I can see us try to do a big deal with ATL we give them there pics back and the 4th and 8th for the 1st and either DJ or Trae. If it’s DJ we keep one of the swaps. So we end up with Trae/DJ and Risacher
DJ burned himself with the front office with the trash he talked after the trade. Trae can't play D and is overpaid. If you're going to trade for Trea, you might as well get Garland who isn't as good, but is much cheaper, and even then, the Spurs probably aren't doing that either.
I like your mode of thinking, we need size at the wing position, we have so many smaller guards on our team, we need 6'7"+ wings that can defend, the playoffs finals were dominated by taller wings, right now we have basically one wing, Sochan, that we can put on them taller Brown/Tatum players.

We should get devin carter at 8 and castle at 4 , he's a gaurd and wing and carter's got a great motor

As usual, a massive overpay...

If the Docs say Topic won't have long-term health issues, draft him at #8.
The Spurs should draft Tidjane Salaun at #8.
