I own two of them including the double sheath with the Bear Cub knife. I purchase from the factory north of Dallas. They are good folks to do business with. I love their knives also. As far as perfect feather sticks is concerned, that is a RUclips movie star fantasy. It does not make a rat's ass how they look, as long as they work. The perfect feather stick is for apartment dwelling millennials who never intend to step in the woods. They think a tree has a soul like a human.
Great video and review Brian :) Nice looking knife and it certainly worked well. I keep meaning to try a D2 steel knife, but I can't seem to get away from O1. I see the camera is working out well. Great picture quality!! Thanks for sharing brother.... have a great day, Mark :)
Thanks, Mark! The more I use this knife, the more I like it. I'm pretty impressed with D2, however, this is actually the second of these knives that I had. When I bought the first I didn't check the blade until I was in the woods using it. It was chipped the whole length of the blade and the tip was curled! So I returned it and got this one. So far so good! If anything goes wrong with it you can bet I'll do a "follow-up" video! Take care, my friend! Brian

Great knife and with d2 it really depends on who is making the knife and the heat treat. But since it’s an koa knife it’s going to be great. Congrats.
