I won tickets to the watch party at Busch Stadium, and it was freaking amazing. This whole experience was incredible. The Blues won the Stanley Cup for the FIRST TIME EVER in their history. And I roamed the streets of downtown St. Louis to see what it was like afterwards, and it was hype unlike anything I've ever seen.
This vlog starts out trying to figure out the parking situation. It was kinda bad because I forgot cash, so that slowed us down a bit. Then, we joined the hype at Busch Stadium and it was awesome. Goal after goal... the intensity grew. It even poured down rain, but people didn't care.
After the Stanley Cup win, I roamed the streets and hi-fived a significant number of people, and also watch people react to the Blues win. What a time to be alive.

I live in Costa Rica now, retired. Watch every game of the Blues this year. I was a season ticket holder in 1967. I can tell you every player that was on the 67 team just seeing there face. I have bled blue thru the good and the bad. I can tell you there is another party in heaven with the blues players that have gone and my first wife Harriet. She loved her blues.

So many times I went to games at the old barn on Oakland, saw Bob & Barclay Plager, Bob Gassoff, Mike Liut, Garry Unger, Kelly Chase, Brett Hull and just so many great Blues players and dreamt of this moment. I live 1200 miles away now & really missed the celebration in St. Louis. But I am still so happy to FINALLY see this moment! Your video was better than the media coverage. I live in Dallas now, but grew up in Glen Carbon, IL. I can’t even put into words what I feel about this. Absolutely amazing, magical time to be a Blues fan. Followed them since the early 90’s when Baron, Janney and all the guys played. So many iterations of this team over the years, and none were ever able to make it happen until now.

We had to have been in the same group that walked from Busch to ES high-fiving everyone and then excitedly jumping across the intersection. It was surreal watching the video because it was nearly first person footage for me. It was the most amazingly numbing moment of my life and I wasn't even drunk.
As a Ranger's fan, who waited a long time for a Cup, and waitin' again, and also as a fan of the Blues, in my top 3 teams I follow every year, I couldn't be happier for you all, and the seriously never before seen run to the Cup from dead last to hoisting Stanley!! Beating a Boston team was huge for St. Louis. It was the first sports victory for STL over Boston since the 1967 World Series. Plus it was sweet taking the Stanley Cup back to St. Louis after beating them on THEIR ice! Sweet payback after we had to sit there and watch the Red Sox celebrate at Busch Stadium when they won the 2004 WS.

I’m a cardinals fan from England. I keep an eye on the blues but I am by no means a fan. I’ve been to stl 4 times and I hope to be there in September.
I’m not saying it was all down to me, but when I was there last September I went to an open training thing on a Saturday morning (mainly to cool down because it was so hot).

It's amazing just how close we were to losing in Game 7 versus Dallas and NOT enjoying this incredible Stanley Cup ride. I remember it seems like an eternity ago watching in double overtime my stomach in a knot, and Dallas just pouring it on in the second OT. The Dallas player went behind the goal for the wrap around and I thought he scored and game over as Binnington was way out of goal. How Binny got back in time to make that save was a MIRACLE. I mean, I have watched SO MANY Blues playoff losses I was ready to shut off the TV immediately if that Dallas shot went in. Of course Maroon knocked in the Thomas rebound shortly after that and the rest of history, WE WON. We beat Bishop who was a BEAST that game for Dallas We actually won a HUGE game. The rest is history St. Louis. One BIG Binnington save in OT and we go on to WIN THE CUP 😁 We need to thank the hockey God's for sending Jordan Binnington to STL. He could not have arrived at a more perfect time.

I lived in St. Peters, Missouri for 6 years. I moved there as a Detroit Red Wings fan. I went to many Wings vs Blues games, while living there. The rivalry was pretty heated, at the time, but the fans were always great. This fan base is most definitely a deserving one. Congratulations, Blues fans, and it is about damn time!!!
