Zach, you didnt read the comments about the divan's alloy from last video. The perk higher roller doesnt increase the chance for it. Because its rolled once per run.!

Each item is rolled once per run but the high roller perk and any extra item perk for nucleus runs has a chance of one item being there from those perks
