Irish whiskey. Note the spelling with an "e". They are triple distilled. Much smoother than Scotch. There is no burn. A lot of fruits spice and apricot with a hint of chocolate. (I don't know what raw peanuts or fermented beans taste like. Apology. I am a Banana Chinese. )The Bushmills 16 is excellent but seemingly a little short. I notice the Asian alcohol flush is less with triple distilled. No headache. Those suffering from this annoying condition should try Irish triple distilled.
