Iv suffered sleep paralysis quite a few times some truly terrifying experiences definitely feel it is some kind of evil spirit that try’s to hijack your body when you sleep it’s so scary nothing can prepare you for it I got to the point I could wriggle out of it then I’d fall straight back into it since then I got into my meditation and I could lucid dream and same thing when I woke up I’d go back to sleep and Into the same dream were I lift of Iv had scary lucid dreams aswell and some amazing ones ha
@@jaikai4989 It maybe like it but it is not the same, having experienced these events myself, you don't wake up with strange triangles, bruises, and vivid dreams seeing yourself with these beings, with sleep paralysis as far as i am aware?
What's interesting is how these abductions seem to be connected or have certain similarities even though these people probably have never communicated with each other.
I believe most of the alien abduction protocols are very similar between different alien races. Most of there experiments go along similar lines that can runs though families for generations. These people who get abducted. There is a good chance there parents and there children ,even grand parents were abducted too but most people don;t talk about it. Many people get there memories erased and remember nothing. Other people have some memories and believe they are just bad dreams. Other people like this remember there abductions in vivid detail.Believe me they will come for you again and again.
The way that lady cried while trying to tell her story makes it more real. It’s hard to talk when you have strong crying feelings. But she finished what she had to say, she wanted to let it out. I bet she felt a little bit better after that.

a lot of these experiences remind me of pre-astral projection experiences like energy and vibration,paralysis
