Hello, We are changing a crankshaft for derbi d50b0 engine( senda xtreme) And one gear wheel doesn’t come out, the first one on the bottom next to the clutch. Should we take off the clutch to take it out , because we think it’s not necessary to take if the clutch ?
Hello , i have aprilia sx 50 with the same engine and i want to put 80cc top performance on it ( 78cc top performance) . Do I have to grind the crankcases to fit this cylinder and crankshaft?
Hey guys, sweet vid! I’m wondering if this 80cc kit would work on my Polini XP65R engine. They use an EBS050 engine with a 65cc jug and piston. I’m wondering if it’s as simple as swapping on the larger piston and jug on the stock rod/crankshaft? Thanks very much!
Where's your clutch lock washer? Crazy that should always have that or replace it asap if you don't that coming off would give you as much as a smile as your piston going through your tank
The clutch oil is the same as the gear oil, the tank is shared. So just use the oil you re going to put in. Regarding Nm for the engine block bolts I have no idea but be very careful as I remember the thread on the block wears easily…
Transfer ports matching? Measuring and adjusting squish clearance? This engine maybe looks good, but it will never run at 100% of potential this cylinder kit has.
I have my derbi senda 50 2017. Water pump leaked and lost all the coolant. It of course heat seized once and locked up. I got some water and fired her up, that was enough to get me to my destination. Problem is i have exhaust fumes coming out of my coolant tank.. so im thinking the head gaskets blown. Ive never done any major work on bike engines but i know how they work. Im an engineer. Now, i suppose i should take the engine out, take the head off and have a good look around, see if anythings warped from the heat. So on. Change the gasket. Replace the water pump and chuck it back together with common sense and knowledge. Would that be far enough to get her running proper. Also can the maintenance manuals be found online if i get stuck? Is this something i should be able to do relatively easily Any specialist tools required. Bike is all standard

i recommend stronger one, but works with original too. malossi is quality brand so thats why its expensive.

was it that you dont need to port your engine blocks with malossi’s cylinders?
not with the mhr just with the mhr team you need to port your engine blocks
