I am also a mother of 15 months old. Co sleeping really helpful for me and my daughter to sleep longer without problem.
This is what even our mothers or their generation use to do when we were small.
My nurse once told me even animals keep their babies close to them when they are small. Then why humans want to make them sleep away from them. Please do understand they are human they will eventually learn to sleep their own. I know it’s difficult sometimes as a mother but trust me it’s just a matter of time. If you remember when they born they use to awake very quickly and as they grow so they sleep better. By 2 years they will be able to sleep much better.
Also regarding her rejection to certain things it’s also part of her development so don’t feel stressed out these tantrums are normal it’s just we have to be very calm and compose. What I would recommend you sit with her in the back give her to eat or play with her this will make her comfortable. Her crying is may be her insecurity or feelings of separation. Just sharing my experiences with you 😊

Hey Ritu, my daughter will be turning one soon. I can totally relate that itika isbnot having food. Even my daughter is not having food. But I give her lot of variety so that she can eat whatever she wants.
Many times babies are also going through growth spurt so just chill and relax. 😊
Ritu, the comfort you and your child gets while holding eachother tightly during sleep is divine.These are the most chetished moments when you look back. Dont be in a hurry to make her sleep alone.
Give her gentle massage especially back feet to relax her … babies generally get tired after a day full of activity a massage will soothe her or warm bath before sleeping but please big no to let her cry and put herself to sleep🙄
Why would any parent want their kids cry themselves to sleep …. 🤷♀️will end up making the baby insecure

I share the same mindset-I won’t let her cry, but I will work on helping her fall asleep on her own and aim to shorten the time it takes to settle her down.
All of you eat together at meal times. She will eat watching you doing so and it will be easier to manage as well.
Yes put the practice of eating together. They may mess with food and you might think they’re not getting enough but if you all eat together, the baby sees and learns to use hands and fingers to eat. Improves their motor skills of picking, holding, hand to mouth. Feeding them will only make it difficult to transition later.
Ritu, at 8 years the struggle to feed is still on and now you don’t have control but it’s patiently waiting and watching time for an hour while the eating process is on 😂

Cherished seeing itika’s growing years vblog Videos Time has flown so fast she is going to turn one year old! I feel give time for her to sleep. Crying and forcing them to sleep alone do develop fear and insecurity in later stages ❤ let them grow naturally.
Crying is the natural response of kids to discomfort, whether physical or emotional. Nothing can be done to reduce the amount of crying . Let her cry , but do comfort her whenever she cries . The US ideology of letting the kid cry may cause emotional trauma to a toddler. However, once she starts speaking properly, you should encourage her to express the emotions that she is experiencing ,in words , instead of crying or throwing a tantrum or getting irritated and grumpy.

Use small baby spoons or forks nd try few days finger foods so tat she cn pick nd eat to make it easy
Use white noise nd make her sleep, it worked with my baby but only problem with it is once it gets off she used to get up 😅
My baby is the same age as Itika, she was born on Oct 31st. 🙂 we sleep trained her at 6 months and it’s been a game changer for both us and the baby. She sleeps well and wakes up well rested. You can change the Ferber method to suit your babies needs. It’ll take time but it’s so worth it. 🙂 there is so much learning from the process but if I add it here, it’ll be a few pages lol. There is all the info needed when you google. Also remember that they’ll keep having regressions but it’s ok and they’ll fall back to their routine.

You can put music while sleeping , smooth and soft music , dhamakedar music nahi, or bahate hue Pani ki aavaj etc, so she will sleep a d will not cry , keep your room dark , put off the lights and you can sleep or sit or restt in the chair near by her bed there but don't talk with her.
Give her utensils specially made for kids with attractive colours and shapes. That might help.

Dim lighting 1 hour prior bedtime, during summertime give a lukewarm water bath and give moisturizer message, try reading some engaging baby books with characters, pretend sleep with baby(both parents)

Hi! My son is also about to turn 1.
Since he started solids, I have made it a habit to sit only in high chair while eating. So now he knows that when he is put in the high chair, his job is to eat food 😂
Also I have not done BLW, I feed him. In my opinion, giving them snacks to eat by themselves is fine coz it won’t matter even if they eat 25% of it and mess with the remaining portion. But if the main meals like lunch and dinner if we feed them ourselves, they eat better and are full with good nutritious food 😊 Hope this helps!

Look for gentle/no cry sleep training methods. You can also look for a sleep consultant.
For meals, I would suggest, eat when she is eating whenever possible. Let her make a mess, and let her explore. She will eventually learn.

Ritu, please get a car seat which have leg relaxing tray included we used it for both my kids do buy that the kids are so relaxed in that seat specially in USA we drive so long

Use achchi tarah se khelate de taki wo thak kar so jaye.
Usake Sone ka timetable aise set kare ki usaki need puri ho nahi aapako kam karna hai isliye usane sona hai.

I know screen is not good but I have also tried with all baby bhajans & some music from 9 months so.. she still recognise that music & Dance on her. It helps in calming them down.
The more messy food they enjoy a lot with all their senses like touch & feel. Try to give her finger foods. Idali, banana, avacado. Pancake, zucchini chilla.
So she can hold with the fingers instead of spoon. 30-40 Minutes is normal time I guess. 😅
I used to put my natin on the sink and open the tap lukewarm water very slow, give her one tea strainer or a spoon to play with, while enjoying with it was only way to feed her.
Sit on the sink and feet in the sink.

Regarding car seat ,I have an idea if ulet her sit in your home for 1or 2 days so that she get used to of sitting in that space and understand that it's her chair then u could shift it into your car.perhaps u can try this idea😊❤❤❤
