JFC I'd work my ass off raw if I was hired by him. It's like, not only get paid well, work on awesome things with incredible tech, but also _get help becoming the best possible programmer you could humanly be_ .
LOL I couldn't imagine having J. Blow as a boss, what a complete blowhard. Coming from someone who watches him religiously, I'm very happy that I have a parasocial relationship with him and don't actually know him personally, he'd be an absolutely nightmare to be around if you can't turn his yapping off.
@@fennecbesixdouze1794 there would be no yapping to turn off. He'd be working most of time.
@fennecbesixdouze1794 That's because you are thinking about programming in a completely different way than me or the guy above. The way I see it, it would be an incredible motivator and also a well of knowledge and growth to work with someone like him.
Golden opportunity to become much better much faster.

It's true, firing some people becomes necessary at some point.
Working from home often makes even me lazy, and I am crazy about programming. I had to self-impose restrictions on myself to change that. I imagine that if I wasn't that interested in programming, I would have been gone by now.
The only legitimate reason for me to work from home is if I work at a place where they don't respect my time
@@Muskar2 Sure, but here you are admitting how most people think when they work from home "eh, I can laze around some more"

The guts these people have. 😂
In my location several full-time wfh positions at the same time would get you in trouble with social security.
The problem is there are people that legitimately work in 2 full-time positions out there.
Depends.
In the US I think it's very easy to do
I've always looked up to Jonathan Blow, it's strange to see him struggling with something I encountered years ago. I think he's on the right path somewhat, but I also think he's stuck on some things here. He needs to shift his focus to results. Don't alter process to accomodate bad people, get rid of them. Leave things open for your best people, and they'll flourish rather than focus on figuring out why someone is commiting "wage theft". If you can't measure velocity through some form of project management, then fix that first.
I also don't think leetcode is great for ice breakers, his open ended questions are far better. You don't want false negatives because you caught someone off balance with a trick they haven't memorized. Also you don't want to select for people who do nothing but read blogs all day and have no critical problem solving skills.
This guy is a ticking bomb. It’s very wise to use JAI anywhere you can, specially if your job depends on it!
Thekla sounds kind of similar to "টাকলা" in Bengali, which means bald. I wonder how he got his company's name.
Wait they made what, 2 games in the last 2 decades!? At this point this dude is more interesting for being author of Jai
How create open door and movement character animation in flax? Can you drop links in documentation for read this..)
Vector3, maybe 4. hmm There many information, but tutorial youtube help little understand how what where.
Is there some formula/formulas for visual scripting? These values here, these here, otherwise I'm scrolling through the documentation, apparently I'll be scrolling for a long time) For now, I'm thinking of trying the door in Unity. The basketball net is apparently made using clothes.
Engine cool and fps good in this notebook 6gb ram - 128 mb video, but Content Manager (filesystem) It's a bit slow (little freezing).
idk
