Great run! I'm playing this game as well again at the moment (but as a regular playthrough). However: Your run showed me a route that is much easier and quicker for Castle Darkmoor and fuck...this dungeon always has been and always will be a nightmare for me to deal with since my first playthrough as a child (were i never finished Castle Darkmoor :D) - so thanks for helping me out with that as well :D
Impressive and very nice as always. I was wondering, once you get all the obelisks and open the secret chest/rock, wouldn't it be worth it to go train and gain some levels ? You'd have more HP, more mana and more DPS meaning less need to heal/save/restart and faster monster killing in VARN temple of water probably.
I've never researched this but is there any penalty for using the cheap Baa temples to heal? I figure you might take a reputation penalty or something but I haven't found anything.

I used to do that in the old route but it's just not enough to make a difference. Any time saved is then spent training.

No penalty unless you donate which makes you lose reputation. They also won't heal dead/stoned/eradicated.

I suppose so. It would of course be possible to get it much faster than this with the good ending route instead.
