Nemesis, Moirai whom is connected to Hecate, Hypnos, Styx,Aether, Pontus, Thanatos , Thamus, Lethe, Chronos, Anake , Erebus Gaia , Uranus, Nyx , Tartarus, Chaos mention are primordial deities. Some say Hecate whom you didn't mention is the daughter of Nyx. She too is primordial.

I actually clicked to hear of the primordial dieties and he, or the AI, didn't speak on them but on the more oscure spirits and minor dieties at best.
