1 tsp cinnamon
For the Biscuit
2 yolks
4 Tbsp sugar
4 Tbsp vegetable oil
4 Tbsp cream
4 Tbsp all purpose flour (plus 1 Tbsp if needed)
1 tsp baking soda
For the Meringue
3 egg whites (use the two from the yolk)
2 Tbsp sugar (plus one, if desired)
