Good luck. I don’t live to far from there, and when I went in I felt like my every move was being watched. I wanted to try out a pedal and they didn’t even let me play a guitar to demo it. I wouldn’t waste my time or money goin in there.

Get young Elvis Robles and make a video. He’s a blues guitarist from around Fort Worth. A high school sophomore I think. He has played for maybe three years, and is gigging all of the time. I’m honored to claim that I gave him some simple direction in the beginning. He’s really amazing for his short time playing, and a really nice kid.
You seemed pretty taken with that 75th anniversary, white pearl CS strat. I can confirm that it’s an absolute monster of a guitar, I have a left handed version. Best sounding bridge pickup on a strat that I’ve come across so far. Huge, beefy tone.
I have a handmade amp head made by Bruce Egnater himself based on the JTM45 circuit, all I can say is that its totally sick! I have an old TOL50 as well, great amp.
The store is nice, a lot of high end gear. Bought a used PRS there many years ago. They have a performance area where the hold shows. I haven't been there in a while, but the walls are all rock. Not sure if they addressed it, but an un-mic'd drumset is still louder than amplified guitars.

You've got great feel and rhythm to your playing. It stands up out from the typical flat line playing that most guitarist do just running up and down scales pulling up on bends with no meaning other than trying to imitate someone else's voice. Like a pop singer doing soulless vocal runs. But you have a uniqueness to your playing even when you're playing other artists riffs.

I live about an hour from this store. It's world-renowned. The owner is George Fuller, a friend of Jimmy Wallace, and a guitarist himself (plus he's the mayor of McKinney). Since he's an architect, the layout of the building is very well designed. There are several learning rooms upstairs for private lessons, and there is a stage/auditorium with about 50-75 seats in an adjacent building for private/small concerts. Overall, it's the best conceived guitar store in Texas as far as I'm concerned. I have a video of George Fuller playing on my channel, for those interested in viewing. Peace.
