I’ve always been a character illustrator and designing said characters is one of the biggest joys in my life. I’ve always wanted to bring them to life but I’ve always been too scared to start, seeing this costume and your character designs have made me start to actually think about starting to make props and even clothing. Very inspiring, thank you very much C:
You should absolutely go for it! Character design is rewarding enough on its own, but being able to bring a design to life is even more enjoyable!! It's a little tricky at first, but I love cosplay/sewing/prop making as an art form because literally anyone can do it! All the methods are very learnable, even if you're new ✨

id love to see more, honestly, a video of u drinking coffee would be entertaining. maybe to make it more bite sized and less overwhelming for yourself, you could cut the whole project into smaller videos, like the staff, the dress and the hat etc, i think that would be real cool. i'd enjoy that too.

It had nothing to do with the zodiac though, because Libra is an air sign and under the Spring season
that opening was lit-rally the most majestic thing ever??? i'm loving that animation style!!! Also the cinematic parts really solidify how real the costume and props feel. Definitely excited to see more of these styled videos, I can tell you really have a passion for it and it's so cool. I wish i had friends with this energy because i could be like "hello i'd like to become a garden fairy for the sake of a photoshoot" and they could help me draft up the aesthetics and resources needed instead of just thinking i'm a lil insane (which fair....but it's fun)

I think I am starting to believe in zodiac after this video 😳 I mean, my birthday is also on October 9 and OMG why is everything you do so freaking relatable?! The jokes, the way you edit, the little animation, the role of your cat, the way you work, the moments when you "just die", the irony when your video comes out months later than planned, finally the madness of starting a project like ThAt. It brings so much happiness finishing something as gorgeous as this costume and then it's even greater sharing this feeling with others. Sad thing is, NOTHING about the costume is "Libra" its just a witch costume with autumn vibes because ~october~ but Libra is an air sign under the spring season

My mom has like 3 copies of the Butterick B4669 corset pattern, in different size ranges. GOD BLESS this pattern I'm telling you I've used it for so so so many different costumes and outfits
the animation at the beggining is totally amazing :000 also the final reveal is absolutly amazing absolutly love every second of it bc its so well recorted! the colors and location just work so well together!
