My dad have a 2009 model Icml Rhino rx crdfi completed above 3 lakh kms" 120bhp power and 285 nm torque still running good!! The parts availability and service support is zero from the company ! But the emotional attachments with it still keeps it running! 😊✨️✌🏻

I own a Chevrolet Spark. Now it's been 8 years. I didn't face any issues till date. And I am also having a confidence on Chevrolet that they have to provide parts and service for 10 years after they discontinued. So Still I get Parts and service, and hope it will continue to get for for another 7 or 8 years.
Bros, I have Suzuki Grand Vitara. It is an amazing vehicle. I can still order parts from Service centres and Suzuki parts dealers. The only drawback is very low mileage. It is a full time 4 wheel drive vehicle so naturally mileage will be low. Your channel just rocks.

Stepini മോശം Teyar മാറ്റാൻ പോയപ്പോൾ 165/80r/13 കിട്ടുന്നില്ല. ഒരുപാട് അന്നേക്ഷിച്ചു നടന്നു കിട്ടാതെ 15/80r/13 രണ്ട് teyar വാങ്ങണ്ടി വന്നു 5 മണിക്കൂർ നഷ്ട്ടം അതും അറിയാത്ത സ്ഥലം. ഭാഗ്യത്തിന് പകൽ ആയതിനാൽ കൊഴപ്പം ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു. തിരികെ വന്നു car വിറ്റു ഇത്തരം കാർ ഉള്ളവർ long trip ഇ വാഹനങ്ങളിൽ ഒഴിവാക്കുന്നത് നല്ലത് രാത്രി ഒരിക്കലും യാത്ര പാടില്ല ( അനുപവം ഗുരു )
I bought a 1998 maruti esteem ax, 3 speed automatic in 2017 which I still have. Rear glass broke, was easy to find. Wheel hubs Rs 10 each, sun shades Rs 128 each, oil filter, shock absorbers, carb jet(alone) etc were all easy to find. What I could not find till now- power window switch for left side door, automatic transmission solenoid (it just failed), certain monikers like AX, antenna garnish, wiper bolt covers, carburetor packing kit, evaporator etc. Oh yeah the left-side glass was hard to find. This was a rescue car. Now it runs fine, except that the transmission needs to be shifted using manual mode. All 3 gears exist. 3rd gear is really tall, so it can help the car reach from 40 kmph to 130 kmph. Also joining fan enthusiast clubs help. Maruti authorized service centers hate my car. They ask me not to bring it over. But there are a few local mechanics and parts are available online. That's my experience.
Owning a Chevrolet Cruze.. all the spare part can be sourced from a dealer in Bombay... Much cheaper than the showroom rates.. Not much of an issue maintaining. The car is worth any trouble..
For those who r still confused and keep asking is it safe ??go for that extra mile if you badly need one . Safe is not a nice place to be in (in jd’s own words 😀).

You could have talked a bit about discontinued dealerships For example: I bought my i20 from Hilton Hyundai in Trivandrum ; shifted to Gujarat Now I am back to Trivandrum but the dealer is long gone ! Also old i20 Diesel has like an insane service cost 😔

Rewatching the same episode after 2 years and unfortunately now our 8 year old family car - Tata Bolt has been in the workshop for the past 3 months due to a body work. We noticed a leakage from the roof and the roof panel was rusted, service center was unsure about parts availability. After waiting for 1.5 months roof has arrived and side panels they need some more time which they're unsure about. Currently we have started the work with the roof. If we have the time, money & energy and network then definitely we should go for such models, as these kind of problems start after some time when we're least expecting it. Every point you had shared in this video 2 years back is valid based on my experience now.

My experience : Bought a used Ford Fiesta Classic 2010 model by 2018 and used it till 2021 . Sold it off when ford quit India operation . Reason : I have a friend who used Chevrolet beat and so I know the difficulties he faces while doing a service. But the car was excellent and since I had only one car parking space I sold it off. Now happy with duster

Service cost : 4000rs Parts price are also average Suspension is stiff for better handling so at high speeds road manners are good. Slow speed thuds can be heard during bad patches of road. Mileage for diesel is 16-17 kmpl in highway and 12 in city. Space in front is good but for 5ft 11inches guy , the space at rear is not that great.

I bought Daewoo matiz only 20000 km run single owner in 2010 for 70000(Daewoo was stopped in India when I purchased) , many people criticised me as I bought a car which was already out of market. The main attraction for me towards the car was less driven car , not supposed any maintenance till 75kms, but I used the car till 2022 (more than 12 yrs and run 70000kms) no heavy maintenance and no break down only thing was age of the car and little rust so demolished the car for 27k and around 50000rupees I spent for 12 yrs runs , isn't worth???😅😅😅
Hi, I bought my first Cross/SUV Renault Captur in 2018, unfortunately due to a job shift to Bangalore I sold it during 2019. Now due to the corona/wfh effect I have again bought a car back in my home town and I searched for Captur itself and bought one some months back, even though the model is already stopped. I love the model due to its weight, drive feel, suspension and the dCi engine in highways. May be there will be very less people who love Captur and most of my friends still believe it to be a "mandan" and "pranthan" decision to buy Captur again in 2021, but I made it 🙂 ... waiting for your reply ...

Vrs ന്റെ brake light issue പോലെ ആണ്, maruti Amt gearbox ബ്രേക്ക്‌ light problem ഉണ്ടങ്കിൽ manual modil upshift ആകുകയില്ല.. Reason is ecm detect ചെയ്യുന്നു, ഡ്രൈവർ is applying brake to slow so dont upshift This complication are slowly intruding to budget cars now

For example: I bought my i20 from Hilton Hyundai in Trivandrum ; shifted to Gujarat
Now I am back to Trivandrum but the dealer is long gone !
Also old i20 Diesel has like an insane service cost 😔
Now all models of Hyundia have high spares cost and also high servi e and maintenance cost.

Rewatching the same episode after 2 years and unfortunately now our 8 year old family car - Tata Bolt has been in the workshop for the past 3 months due to a body work. We noticed a leakage from the roof and the roof panel was rusted, service center was unsure about parts availability. After waiting for 1.5 months roof has arrived and side panels they need some more time which they're unsure about. Currently we have started the work with the roof. If we have the time, money & energy and network then definitely we should go for such models, as these kind of problems start after some time when we're least expecting it. Every point you had shared in this video 2 years back is valid based on my experience now.
My dad had an opel corsa, marshal,2 indicas, indigo, qualis, ritz, zen, micra and 2 lancers now only the micra is still with him😁

My experience :
Bought a used Ford Fiesta Classic 2010 model by 2018 and used it till 2021 . Sold it off when ford quit India operation .
Reason : I have a friend who used Chevrolet beat and so I know the difficulties he faces while doing a service.
But the car was excellent and since I had only one car parking space I sold it off.
Now happy with duster
Is Fiesta face the same problem as a Chevrolet had cuz i am looking forward to buy a Fiesta

Suspension is stiff for better handling so at high speeds road manners are good. Slow speed thuds can be heard during bad patches of road.
Mileage for diesel is 16-17 kmpl in highway and 12 in city.
Space in front is good but for 5ft 11inches guy , the space at rear is not that great.
Brake light switch issue on the mk1 vRS. A very common issue on that platform of cars (Mk4 Golf platform). Replaced one very recently :)

I bought Daewoo matiz only 20000 km run single owner in 2010 for 70000(Daewoo was stopped in India when I purchased) , many people criticised me as I bought a car which was already out of market. The main attraction for me towards the car was less driven car , not supposed any maintenance till 75kms, but I used the car till 2022 (more than 12 yrs and run 70000kms) no heavy maintenance and no break down only thing was age of the car and little rust so demolished the car for 27k and around 50000rupees I spent for 12 yrs runs , isn't worth???😅😅😅

Hi, I bought my first Cross/SUV Renault Captur in 2018, unfortunately due to a job shift to Bangalore I sold it during 2019. Now due to the corona/wfh effect I have again bought a car back in my home town and I searched for Captur itself and bought one some months back, even though the model is already stopped. I love the model due to its weight, drive feel, suspension and the dCi engine in highways. May be there will be very less people who love Captur and most of my friends still believe it to be a "mandan" and "pranthan" decision to buy Captur again in 2021, but I made it 🙂 ... waiting for your reply ...

Local service is highly variable, can be much better than showroom and can be outrageously poor . You can be 100% sure showroom uses new and genuine parts , can you always guarantee it in a local service?

Vrs ന്റെ brake light issue പോലെ ആണ്, maruti Amt gearbox ബ്രേക്ക്‌ light problem ഉണ്ടങ്കിൽ manual modil upshift ആകുകയില്ല..
Reason is ecm detect ചെയ്യുന്നു, ഡ്രൈവർ is applying brake to slow so dont upshift
This complication are slowly intruding to budget cars now
