Thanks for posting this honest, pleasant, and informative video with no posing and moaning. My wife and I are looking forward to spending 2 weeks there in late June, early July 😃🇯🇲
Thanks! Glad you liked it! There may be the occasional moan but my posing days are over! Enjoy your stay. Please check out the rest of our Jamaica videos when you get a moment.
We were there the end of November. Was a 4 hour flight for us from Canada. We loved it but butler service was non existent she didn’t even help us with booking the ala cartes. We managed only 2 the rest were booked. Beautiful resort, we had great weather and a gorgeous room. Would go back but there are too many other places to go to. Booked for Dominican in May.
Yes, that's our philosophy too - too many places to see in the world. We didn't think the bulter service was as good as in Mexico - we complained a couple of times that our mini bar wasnt being refilled, which they disputed, and in the end he came everyday but made us sign to say he had refilled it (or not if we hadnt used anything), like we were untrustworthy. Not the right attitude i'm afraid.
Seemed to be every Friday, from about 3 pm onwards. Pools tend to close around six but it wasn't hard and fast. They didn't go round throwing people out. Except when there was lightning. If there was lightning in the sky, it was immediate evacuation!
Possibly around 100 yards or so. Its up to your waist in the main and gets deeper towards the barrier. You can just about stand up in most places - a little more coral / rock on the floor further out. I don't know what it's like further round the beach.
Just watching your videos - after watching some others i guess its worth paying the extra 400 pounds for the luxury side of things (cleanliness issues on the basic side i believe)
Hi Nathan, thanks for watching - We were originally in a 'basic' side on our first visit, and it wasn't unbearable beside the initial incident with the plague of mosquitoes, and we were lured over to the luxury side during our stay. The luxury suites are definitely nicer - at the end of the day though the resort is the same one, you get to eat in the same venues- I guess its all about how important the room quality is to you.
We flew to Jamaica with British Airways? Which would you choose? Premium economy or economy? ruclips.net/video/xfvw8hG2w1M/видео.html

What day do they have the foam party? Also, does the pool close at 6 everyday?

In my opinion, the original large beach area is the best and most natural of them all.
@@robandsue thank u
