He was 17 years old 🤩. At 17 I was still struggling with the PODEMSKI book 😅🤦🏻
Too bad he went in a different direction, he doesn’t play like this anymore.

@@elbaquetazocubano the story with Zach is that he wanted to sound like Weckl so much that he actually did, and then spent all the time since trying to get away from that but in a negative way.
Negative my ass. Zach is amazing and pushes the limits on modern drumming. He’s been there done that with this style of drumming.
