"Junk finds" are informational aren't they? The deep washer obviously fell into a depression related to the building of the house/solar drier. The depth of the finds also reveals information. You show that the fun of fishing does not depend only upon the size and quality of the fish. Great vid.
Very well done demo. I had to replace my Garrett pin pointer with the GP ! I think it works pretty well for the comparison price of a Garrett pin pointer. Happy Hunting !
I've been doing some metal detecting since the 1980's, but nothing too serious. Up until now all that I've ever used is the old cheaper Radio Shack detectors. This is my first pinpoiner and it seems to work ok for a cheap one. My wife wants to give metal detecting a try so she can use the Bounty Hunter Lone Star and I just ordered a new Garrett Ace 300. It will be neat to compare them. My father owns 70 acres of land with 7 old homesteads on it up in Northern Michigan. This will be the perfect place for detecting in the spring. It snowed 10 inches after making the video and I'll have to wait to give them a good test. I also gave you a sub!👍

Hi, I bought the same metal detector, I can't understand it, you could make some photos to show me how I should fix it to look for gold, coins, metal, etc. (I'm Italian and the instructions are in German)
For a beginner this is a decent metal detector for the price. My wife will be using this detector and it will be her first time metal detecting. I also have a Garrett Ace 300 and it's a better detector, but it's a little more expensive costing about $250 and it comes with the headphones. If a person can afford to pay a little more I would look at the Garrett Ace 400 for about $350. Bounty Hunter also has a good line of metal detectors worth checking out.
Thanks for your help! I filmed the retake part of this video just before the snow started. It will be fun to see what I find this spring in my yard. We built our house inside an old baseball field dating back to 1920 and it closed around 1983.
