I experienced exactly the same thing. As if it triggers a set of universal primal emotion of dispair about something so unexpected, so big, we cannot comprehend but only watch in silence.
I want to be better. Better than I’ve ever been, better than I hoped to be. I may never be an astronaut and see the stars, or a great writer who inspires minds and hearts, but I could at least be better than who I am now, that could be a start. But to be better requires sacrifice, a sacrifice at a deeper level than just the physical pain and mental monotony of working out, eating healthy and being willing to learn more. The sacrifices that must be made are ones of self, of comfort and of relationship. Sometimes we have to lessen or outright destroy hindering parts of ourselves, sometimes we have to use all of our willpower to be uncomfortable in order to grow, and sometimes we need to let old bonds go due to the toll they take on us. I’m going to miss you… and myself. But I need to be better.

It’s driving me insane trying to count it that way how does anyone force that on their brain. Is it all 4/4 then? Counted 42 bars total for the parts with the kick and think the overall melody repeated 4 times so I figured there had to be something with 6 or 7. Can’t wrap my head around it someone help lol
