In this video Jennifer tell the enchanting story behind a wonderful custom-made wasabi grater. Each grater is hand-made out of clay by Endo a wasabi farmer in Japan. These graters are beautiful, and they create a magnificent paste. Also, theses graters can be used for garlic or ginger as well.
For us the deeply meaningful part of partnering with Endo is that he is selling these graters to help fund the renovation he is doing on run down wasabi farm in Japan.
