Glad I found this video. I'm getting laid off (my last day is March 10th) and I have absolutely no job prospects and my ADHD has been progressively getting worse over the years. I'm in the worst financial shape I've ever been in my life and I have been struggling for 3 years straight. I need relief. I am tired. My faith in God remains, but some days I feel like "what's the point?". I've been planning on doing a 3 day water-only fast, but now I might change it to a 7 or 10 day fluid fast (I don't have 40 days in me). If you're reading this, please pray over me.
I'm in a similar boat, you may find your calling once you have time to not be on the job. if you've ever left a job you don't love or is keeping you stuck in a location you know theres normally a silver lining. Focus on what you want most and try prioritize getting that.
I use to fast a lot, one day I went to my Doctor and he asked me.. what do you do to stay so healthy? I told him I go on long fast. The Dr. was elated! He agreed this is why I am healthy. 60 years old and no medication 💊 40 day fast with liquids only is my go to, breakthrough fast. A 7 day fast each month for 8 months manifested a out of body experience and o was at a children’s retreat and I was asked to pray for the children, the children start falling down under Gods power. Troubled teens healed mentally.
Amazing!!!! Thank you for sharing! Truly fasting is a lost art but it is coming back for even Jesus said WHEN you fast and pray ! I am being led to go on the fast at this time too, not to get God do something for me, but to cleanse and transform me even more inside out.
This is similar to my testimony the Lord Jesus advised me when I was suffering and stressing as a CNA making $14 hour till I ended up living the Job and was jobless. I was always trusting God for a 6 figure job. I didn’t know how it will happen but I kept praying till the day the Lord advised me on what to do. He told me to go back to a 6 months IT training I had taken before and watched the videos I was like I never understood nothing in that class he said go back and start from square 1 and start watching all over again. I followed it and studied till the end . After that , the Lord bless me with 2 IT jobs making over 6 figures in each of the jobs making over $280,000usd yearly for my both jobs. I return all the glory to Jesus my Lord and savior
I use to fast a lot before I got married. The way God moves he will have you looking unrecognizable ! People was literally looking for old me, it was hard to except the new me, but they witness the power of god! Thank you for pouring into us! ❤️❤️

I’ve been fasting & God has been trying to shape and mold me, BUT I’m too afraid to let go of the old me, which triggers the new me & I just feel STUCK 😭 fasting works wonders, but we just have to be willing to SURRENDER. I’m not the same person, but I just can’t let go because the old me is all I know 😭😭

All she did was pray fast and paid her tithes they tell you that in church 10 percent and god will send money in the mailbox or people who owe you money or people will bless you with money just give god his attention pray fast let go off things like phone social media let friends go family when you fast you gone have people mad at you but it’s a process after you fast you can tell people what happened but only if god lead you to do so and you can’t tell people when you fast everything is in secret

A lot of time that’s when God can move in your life like never before. God told me to start RUclips in 2015, I stopped and started again in 2017 and it allowed me to be financial stable my entire 20s. At the time I didn’t know it was Gods voice . You will be blessed.
He told me last month to start something on Tiktok but upto now I still say to myself what can I really say or do inline with what he has told me. I feel I'm not qualified. Still not taken a step.

The closer we get to God, the more the spiritual attacks we must be strong and keep God first in our lives. We can’t forget what he has done for us in the past which has come through fast.
I been doing the Esther fast...I'm on my last day. No water, no food. It has been an experience and him and the holy spirit have been sustaining me during this process.

Wdym 6-6? Do you think a reason why Daniel's fast vs flat out NO food or water? I had a goal to fast for 4 days but barely made it 24 hours 😪 I never really felt like I was instructed to fast I just wanted to draw closedlr to Him and was desperate to hear God's voice, for answers and clarity and guidance/direction. I still do. When I couldn't complete the fast I felt beyond disappointed really disgusted and unworthy since.
@Ashley-og9ti One thing I’ve learned with fasting is even when you mess up keep going. The enemy wants you to feel condemned and quit but God is gracious just repent and continue. Pray for His grace and mercy He knows our hearts so He’ll show up just continue to be faithful and seek Him. But ALWAYS repent and thank Him. He loves you and that will never change. I know my super late but i fasted from 6am to 6pm. I only lasted a week due to my cycle (sorry if that’s tmi) but i got the answers i needed. I was taking care of my mother full time after a life-altering medical event and i needed to know if i should stay with my parents or move back home (2 hours away). I got my answer!
I haven't gone longer than 7 days water fast. I need grace for this. I desire to do a 21 day water fast. My work is crazy, I work 24-30 hour shifts on my feet so I need strength.
I got laid off from my Job on Monday with no money saved but by the grace of God with a plan 🙏🏾 This video kept popping up on my feed and after finally watching I can definitely now see why . I did my first 21 day fast in January and made a commitment to fast the 1st 3 days of every month but now God is calling me to extend my fast this month for the entire month of May and document my journey everyday on RUclips and also speak out on my decision to no longer look for another job and pursue entrepreneurship full time . I had already started a business I just didn’t have the time to nurture it . Thank you for being obedient and releasing this video. I’m excited about this journey that I’m on . Pls pray for me guys, God has called me to fast (and a dry fast at that )and I just need covering right now because God is calling me to be obedient in fasting and in other things and I need prayer. I’ve been having this urge to fast every 1st 7Days of the month but I just didn’t see me doing it, I’ve been lazy about it, I’ll be 36yrs next month and I need God to fix my life firmly, in my spirit, I need to really be financially independent and buoyant as I don’t have a dime to my name now. I need God’s help & intervention. I also started a Facebook live speaking on what the Holyspirit teaches me after reading a word in 2020, I recently started seeing FB reminding me of the days and something tells me to start again, and I’m going to start in Jesus name. 🙏🏾

God gave me instructions to fast 6am-6pm for my finances i kept on dilly dallying. I have been asking for power. I now know what to do. Engage in extended fasts.

Amazing testimony, I needed to hear this. I am on day 22 of 40 liquid only fast , mainly water and it is getting easier now. I pray Abba grants me a breakthrough in my life. I came across this video trying to fix our hp printer that my kids broke. God is so real. I came to watch after searching in vain. I just started to pray for the Holy Spirit to help me fix the printer. I just had a thought to follow the direction my kids push the broken part and i did just that,guess what the printer is FIXED,something that both my husband and i couldn't fix for so long. Just fix by the help of God.Over these past weeks, the things is our homes just keep being destroyed but God fixed this one. I bless God and thank Him for you. I know He is ever present with me.

What God cannot do does not exist. Trust Him. Remember the scripture that says this kind does not go except by prayer and fasting. There are things that can only be solved through prayer and fasting.

@@Ashley-og9ti hi I think it’s different for everyone… with me I have a strong sense of not wanting to eat and spend time with God, no specific dates. I think there was a time I audibly heard as well, an instruction to stop eating for the next few days.

I'm also in the Healthcare corporate sector as well as work a second job and fasting has been on me for the last 2 years really heavy, but I never see it through. Thank you for your obedience!
You might start a Daniel fast...and not want to stop haha. The Lord began to make me think about what I eat and why I was doing it. I became a pescatarian but I think that will change soon too. Praise God for how He is showing up in your life Faye and the life of your family. I feel blessed every time I hear testimonies. Amen.
Wow, first I must say this has blessed me tremendously! Next, I'm not Pentecostal but a Christian and I have been speaking in tongues for YEARS. I'm sure that doesn't have to be your religion in order for God to give you that gift. Third I have a story similar to yours, God hassled me to put my story on RUclips for an entire year! Lord how I didn't want to do it. But he made it where I had NO CHOICE! To be honest, a year in I still don't like it! But I know it's a part of my purpose. Recently God has put in my spirit to fast for 21 days! I guess I'll be doing this while documenting but will only release those videos once I'm completed with the fast. I'm so tired of this struggle but I continue to hold on to my faith! Every time the enemy puts doubt in my mind to give up and go back to my old ways, the holy spirit tells me to hold on a little longer it's coming. I feel so connected to this message because I too suffer from alopecia areata. I just realized that I have never really spoken to God seriously about it. I have bought supplements, medication, different hair oils but still struggling. Thank you for helping me see that I need to talk to Jesus about it so He can guide me. I am done spending more money, but I will spend more time in the presence of God. I am also over 200 pounds 😓so this video must be a sign!!! 😅

Most can not cover you. Just be careful. A lot of them don’t want their “members” to have a higher anointing. Only God can cover me by the blood of Jesus Christ.

I did a 3 day Esther Fast (No Food or Water) . It was one of the best things ive done for myself . It gets addictive because i wanted to extend it to 5 days 😊
It was a blessing to hear your journey. I have been battling weight/health issues. I’ve been feeling the need to fast to cleanse myself because food has been a challenge for me, and I have been asking God to give me the strength to fast as long as I can but my obstacle is getting migraines if I don’t eat. I want to try and start off with a few days but continue to at least 40 days. What you did was a challenge to trust God to support you. That’s a blessing!!!! Thank you for the encouragement…I feel stuck but I do feel there’s better for me I just need to cleanse myself in everyway.
I do take electrolytes while fasting. And for different health conditions, it’s not wrong for taking supplements or medication. So don’t let a health issue hold you back! Fasting a little bit more for everyone, depending on their needs and capabilities!

I was literally in tears from your video. They say something about one man’s obedience is tied to so many others future. It’s crazy that I heard the same thing from god about RUclips. Took me some years to finally start and when I did I was not consistent. Something happened that shifted in my life and I came back to RUclips. I have been more consistent this past two months than the last 3 years. I still have been feeling like something was off. I have been wanting to fast and it seems like every time I say I’m going to start I do the opposite and over indulge in food. Came on here to RUclips today and came across your video. And I must say it was god. I even sat down earlier on my lunch break and was talking to god. Seeing this video is my confirmation on what I need to do. Thank you for being obedient. I been experiencing that lately too, and what that is is flat-out warfare when that is happening. Which in a crazy way is your confirmation that you had started on the right path to seeing breakthrough, because the enemy is fighting your fasting for a reason, so you have to just push through it, and ask the Father for help to do so. That's awesome because I dealt with eating disorders for most of my life and I never really fasted I just personally would throw up. Horrible I know but I'm learning it was one of the ONLY things I could control in my childhood outside of the trauma and abuse. Fast forward I am going through a divorce and I am really just leaning into the Lord at this point I just really need to hear from him and I start looking for answers and clarification through scripture and at one point he confirmed through showing me the word fast 3 times in a back to back sequence within an hour. I said oh he means business and he says turn down your plate at least 3 times and so I finally did and went on and Fasted and he not only allowed me to get more from my modeling jobs but cleared my skin, built my faith and showed up and showed out in so many ways I will have to put all of the stories of his Blessings in a memoir. I dreamt, I heard more clearly his voice and with prayer, fasting and intercession broke off those long lasting Generational trauma and curses. I go back years ago when I was a child. People weren't all into food. Some people made it a commodity to make money in the various food plates or fast foods. We aren't meant to eat like tomorrow depends on eating. Especially, trying foods you never ate before, which, could breakdown your body. I learned, that, eating back in my days, food was a balanced, healthier portion. Today's meal super size brings health issues. I went back to my family's culture dishes and not go out of our tradition, which was rice, beans and one piece of meat, no soft drinks, but milk or water. We were all healthy, slim, and no seconds. Fasting was big on Holy days or if we didn't have food. We survived, and we were happy with or without groceries. Fasting is spending time with our Lord. That's my mealtime experiences. I’ve been thinking about fasting during Ramadan this year (I am not Muslim by any means) because I feel exactly how you described in this video, like there is more but I’m just not tapped in. I’ve experienced some loss in different areas of my life and I’m wondering why I’m back at this lonely state or at least feeling as though I’m isolated rn and then your video pops up and I tune in and immediately my heart is full my eyes are watering and it’s like you are my confirmation. I am at the point in my life where I am seeking God because like you said I've been in church half of my life and haven't seen God's power like the Bible. I'm tired of the same ol' same old. I desire to truly experience the God of the Bible. We're supposed to be doing greater works than Chrst. However, I know that it's not His fault that it's not happ, but ours. We're not taking time to consecrate ourselves and just spend time with Him. I definitely need to start back fasting like I used to. I would read God's Word and it would make since as if i was reading my ABC'S. That type of understanding comes from denying one's flesh and allowing the Spirit to have it's way in my life. I truly desire to walk in the gifts/calling that God has for my life. This video just helped push me to do what needs to be done. I struggle in this area. I have only been able to do a 3 day fast. And it was very hard for me to do that! I have been having some health problems. Faye, girl, this was right on time for me. I am definitely feeling stagnant both spiritually and in my life right now. This was right on time. God knows what you need when you need it. I want to get closer to God and live His promises and know Him on a more personal level.

I cried listening to your video because before I did, I was asking God in my head to show me the way, and I asked him if he can tell me spcifically what I need to do because my six year old daughter lost all her hair, eye brows and lashes. She's been having some other health challenges as well. I thank God for this video on this day. This is definitely an answered prayer from God for a prayer I prayed for directions this morning. The lack of direction in my life has been discouraging to me and I've been praying for God to show me how to find that direction, how to see the steps that he's ordered and this is the answer he gave. I saw this video in my feed a few times over the last month. I even saved it to watch later, but never did until today!!! I usually fast the 1st 3 days of the month but this (July) I didn't because I felt like I should pray and ask God for direction in my fasting. I've been feeing led by the Holy Spirit to fast however because I'm at work, I refrain from eating but get little to no time to pray until I get home after 6 in the evening and I feel like I wasted time even though I spend at least two hours in prayer very early in the morning. I’m struggling with this too! When I fast at home Im able to get in the presence of God but at work I just feel distracted and don’t have time to pray or focus.
Sometimes, you could be fasting all day for that time in the evening, if that makes sense. Just like sometimes people fast all day before ministering at an event in the evening. You could be fasting all day before ministering to the Lord in your own house! So don’t think it’s wasted.
I hear you on this as someone that works 9-5 and by the time i get home, it’s already 6. What has helped me is being intentional with my lunch break, i leave my desk and go out to pray. And also meditating on a verse i read in the morning, though its not always easy as you are working. But it’s deffo not time wasted either way🙏🏽
Honestly I feel stuck in my life sometimes, it gets hard with every aspect of my life but I do believe God has answers for me. Some thing has been telling me to fast for the longest time but there is a way it all disappears from my head sometimes. Glad I found this video. I'm getting laid off (my last day is March 10th) and I have absolutely no job prospects and my ADHD has been progressively getting worse over the years. I'm in the worst financial shape I've ever been in my life and I have been struggling for 3 years straight. I need relief. I am tired. I use to fast a lot, one day I went to my Doctor and he asked me.. what do you do to stay so healthy? I told him I go on long fast. The Dr. was elated! He agreed this is why I am healthy. 60 years old and no medication 💊 40 day fast with liquids only is my go to, breakthrough fast. A 7 day fast each month for 8 months manifested a out of body experience and o was at a children’s retreat and I was asked to pray for the children, the children start falling down under Gods power. Troubled teens healed mentally.

This is similar to my testimony the Lord Jesus advised me when I was suffering and stressing as a CNA making $14 hour till I ended up living the Job and was jobless. I was always trusting God for a 6 figure job. I didn’t know how it will happen but I kept praying till the day the Lord advised me on what to do. He told me to go back to a 6 months IT training I had taken before and watched the videos I was like I never understood nothing in that class he said go back and start from square 1 and start watching all over again. I followed it and studied till the end . After that , the Lord bless me with 2 IT jobs making over 6 figures in each of the jobs making over $280,000usd yearly for my both jobs. I return all the glory to Jesus my Lord and savior

I had a goal to fast for 4 days but barely made it 24 hours 😪 I never really felt like I was instructed to fast I just wanted to draw closedlr to Him and was desperate to hear God's voice, for answers and clarity and guidance/direction. I still do. When I couldn't complete the fast I felt beyond disappointed really disgusted and unworthy since.
@Ashley-og9ti One thing I’ve learned with fasting is even when you mess up keep going. The enemy wants you to feel condemned and quit but God is gracious just repent and continue. Pray for His grace and mercy He knows our hearts so He’ll show up just continue to be faithful and seek Him. But ALWAYS repent and thank Him. He loves you and that will never change. I know my super late but i fasted from 6am to 6pm. I only lasted a week due to my cycle (sorry if that’s tmi) but i got the answers i needed. I was taking care of my mother full time after a life-altering medical event and i needed to know if i should stay with my parents or move back home (2 hours away). I got my answer!

I did my first 21 day fast in January and made a commitment to fast the 1st 3 days of every month but now God is calling me to extend my fast this month for the entire month of May and document my journey everyday on RUclips and also speak out on my decision to no longer look for another job and pursue entrepreneurship full time . I came across this video trying to fix our hp printer that my kids broke. God is so real. I came to watch after searching in vain. I just started to pray for the Holy Spirit to help me fix the printer. I just had a thought to follow the direction my kids push the broken part and i did just that,guess what the printer is FIXED,something that both my husband and i couldn't fix for so long. @@Ashley-og9ti hi I think it’s different for everyone… with me I have a strong sense of not wanting to eat and spend time with God, no specific dates. I think there was a time I audibly heard as well, an instruction to stop eating for the next few days.

@@Ashley-og9ti god will lead it to you he does talk clear but it have to be quiet around you to meditate like when something tell you don’t go to the store and you was about to go and didn’t and you cut on the news and something bad happen for example of a situation or something similar in the gut or when think something told you to do this a you don’t and you ignored and you don’t do it god be talking to people he will only say it once if you get lucky to hear it again pray and fast to ask god can you hear his voice loud and clear he does talk he will test you too to see if you will listen and he could bless you as will he may lead you to a store he may send you somewhere you was never suppose to go and you will be wondering why you’re their and it can turn out to a blessing
I just thought this was personally for me. I moved to Texas about 4yrs ago from the Midwest literally like 5hrs from your home state. I'm also in the Healthcare corporate sector as well as work a second job and fasting has been on me for the last 2 years really heavy, but I never see it through. Thank you for your obedience!
You might start a Daniel fast...and not want to stop haha. The Lord began to make me think about what I eat and why I was doing it. I became a pescatarian but I think that will change soon too. Praise God for how He is showing up in your life Faye and the life of your family. I feel blessed every time I hear testimonies. Amen.
Crazy thing is: every time I’ve done a Daniel’s Fast, I DO become a pescatarian afterwards for a few months! 😂😂😂😂

Wow, first I must say this has blessed me tremendously! Next, I'm not Pentecostal but a Christian and I have been speaking in tongues for YEARS. I'm sure that doesn't have to be your religion in order for God to give you that gift. Third I have a story similar to yours, God hassled me to put my story on RUclips for an entire year! Lord how I didn't want to do it. But he made it where I had NO CHOICE! To be honest, a year in I still don't like it! But I know it's a part of my purpose. Recently God has put in my spirit to fast for 21 days! I guess I'll be doing this while documenting but will only release those videos once I'm completed with the fast. I'm so tired of this struggle but I continue to hold on to my faith! Every time the enemy puts doubt in my mind to give up and go back to my old ways, the holy spirit tells me to hold on a little longer it's coming. Pray for me please🙏🏽 And thank you for your obedience💜
I feel so connected to this message because I too suffer from alopecia areata. I just realized that I have never really spoken to God seriously about it. I have bought supplements, medication, different hair oils but still struggling. Thank you for helping me see that I need to talk to Jesus about it so He can guide me. I am done spending more money, but I will spend more time in the presence of God. I am also over 200 pounds 😓so this video must be a sign!!! 😅

Most can not cover you. Just be careful. A lot of them don’t want their “members” to have a higher anointing. Only God can cover me by the blood of Jesus Christ.

Thanks for sharing this video it motivated me and I'm taking part in a Daniel fast I'm on day 2 today I'm praying and fasting to draw nearer to God and to renew my spirit, I'm also praying for healing as I have lupus ,the butterfly Marks on my face is terrible nd I also have this patches on my head/scalp where my hair does not grow so I'm trusting God to heal me and to renew my body and soul please guys let's pray for each other I would like everyone of Gods children to be in the kingdom when he comes

I did a 3 day Esther Fast (No Food or Water) . It was one of the best things ive done for myself . It gets addictive because i wanted to extend it to 5 days 😊

It was a blessing to hear your journey. I have been battling weight/health issues. I’ve been feeling the need to fast to cleanse myself because food has been a challenge for me, and I have been asking God to give me the strength to fast as long as I can but my obstacle is getting migraines if I don’t eat. I want to try and start off with a few days but continue to at least 40 days. What you did was a challenge to trust God to support you. That’s a blessing!!!! Thank you for the encouragement…I feel stuck but I do feel there’s better for me I just need to cleanse myself in everyway.
I do take electrolytes while fasting. And for different health conditions, it’s not wrong for taking supplements or medication. So don’t let a health issue hold you back! Fasting a little bit more for everyone, depending on their needs and capabilities!

I was literally in tears from your video. They say something about one man’s obedience is tied to so many others future. It’s crazy that I heard the same thing from god about RUclips. Took me some years to finally start and when I did I was not consistent. Something happened that shifted in my life and I came back to RUclips. I have been more consistent this past two months than the last 3 years. I still have been feeling like something was off. I have been wanting to fast and it seems like every time I say I’m going to start I do the opposite and over indulge in food. Came on here to RUclips today and came across your video. And I must say it was god. I even sat down earlier on my lunch break and was talking to god. Seeing this video is my confirmation on what I need to do. Thank you for being obedient. I been experiencing that lately too, and what that is is flat-out warfare when that is happening. Which in a crazy way is your confirmation that you had started on the right path to seeing breakthrough, because the enemy is fighting your fasting for a reason, so you have to just push through it, and ask the Father for help to do so. That's awesome because I dealt with eating disorders for most of my life and I never really fasted I just personally would throw up. Horrible I know but I'm learning it was one of the ONLY things I could control in my childhood outside of the trauma and abuse. Fast forward I am going through a divorce and I am really just leaning into the Lord at this point I just really need to hear from him and I start looking for answers and clarification through scripture and at one point he confirmed through showing me the word fast 3 times in a back to back sequence within an hour. I said oh he means business and he says turn down your plate at least 3 times and so I finally did and went on and Fasted and he not only allowed me to get more from my modeling jobs but cleared my skin, built my faith and showed up and showed out in so many ways I will have to put all of the stories of his Blessings in a memoir. I dreamt, I heard more clearly his voice and with prayer, fasting and intercession broke off those long lasting Generational trauma and curses. Sis this video just changed my life! I couldn’t stop crying because GOD has been calling me to a 40 day and 40 night total fast for years but I never did it. I was never strong enough spiritually. For the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. But the LORD spoke to me through you. HE just confirmed it! Thank you for your obedience. I go back years ago when I was a child. People weren't all into food. Some people made it a commodity to make money in the various food plates or fast foods. We aren't meant to eat like tomorrow depends on eating. Especially, trying foods you never ate before, which, could breakdown your body. I learned, that, eating back in my days, food was a balanced, healthier portion. Today's meal super size brings health issues. I went back to my family's culture dishes and not go out of our tradition, which was rice, beans and one piece of meat, no soft drinks, but milk or water. We were all healthy, slim, and no seconds. Fasting was big on Holy days or if we didn't have food. We survived, and we were happy with or without groceries. Fasting is spending time with our Lord. That's my mealtime experiences. I thank God I was led to this page. I understand exactly what you’re speaking about spiritual gifts and I’ve had visions like what you’re describing since I was 13 yrs old. It scared me at first but I am used to it now. I haven’t gotten many visions these days as my health has been hindering me from it. Now I know I need to fast and hear from God, Jesus Christ again. I am at the point in my life where I am seeking God because like you said I've been in church half of my life and haven't seen God's power like the Bible. I'm tired of the same ol' same old. I desire to truly experience the God of the Bible. We're supposed to be doing greater works than Chrst. However, I know that it's not His fault that it's not happ, but ours. We're not taking time to consecrate ourselves and just spend time with Him. I definitely need to start back fasting like I used to. I would read God's Word and it would make since as if i was reading my ABC'S. That type of understanding comes from denying one's flesh and allowing the Spirit to have it's way in my life. I truly desire to walk in the gifts/calling that God has for my life. This video just helped push me to do what needs to be done. That piece of cake can wait.😂😂😂

I struggle in this area. I have only been able to do a 3 day fast. And it was very hard for me to do that! I have been having some health problems. And I know I need to fast, too draw closer to the Lord and for health reasons. And my financial situation is a mess as well. Please pray for me to be able to fast. Thank you. ❤

Faye, girl, this was right on time for me. I am definitely feeling stagnant both spiritually and in my life right now. This was right on time. God knows what you need when you need it. I want to get closer to God and live His promises and know Him on a more personal level.

I cried listening to your video because before I did, I was asking God in my head to show me the way, and I asked him if he can tell me spcifically what I need to do because my six year old daughter lost all her hair, eye brows and lashes. She's been having some other health challenges as well. I thank God for this video on this day. This is definitely an answered prayer from God for a prayer I prayed for directions this morning. The lack of direction in my life has been discouraging to me and I've been praying for God to show me how to find that direction, how to see the steps that he's ordered and this is the answer he gave. I saw this video in my feed a few times over the last month. I even saved it to watch later, but never did until today!!! I usually fast the 1st 3 days of the month but this (July) I didn't because I felt like I should pray and ask God for direction in my fasting. I just wanted to say thank you for your new channel. Just like you I grew up in the PAW and had a strong relationship with God. I’ve been married for 3 years and just had my daughter 9 months ago. My husband and I have been struggling in a lot of areas and it’s been a hard year. I have strayed away from my prayer and fasting life and not where I used to be with God. I've done a couple before but felt like I did them wrong/didn't get as close to God as I wanted. I'm going to stay faithful and do it again for 3 days, 6-6. I've been feeing led by the Holy Spirit to fast however because I'm at work, I refrain from eating but get little to no time to pray until I get home after 6 in the evening and I feel like I wasted time even though I spend at least two hours in prayer very early in the morning. Sometimes, you could be fasting all day for that time in the evening, if that makes sense. Just like sometimes people fast all day before ministering at an event in the evening. You could be fasting all day before ministering to the Lord in your own house! So don’t think it’s wasted.
I hear you on this as someone that works 9-5 and by the time i get home, it’s already 6. What has helped me is being intentional with my lunch break, i leave my desk and go out to pray. And also meditating on a verse i read in the morning, though its not always easy as you are working. But it’s deffo not time wasted either way🙏🏽

Honestly I feel stuck in my life sometimes, it gets hard with every aspect of my life but I do believe God has answers for me. Some thing has been telling me to fast for the longest time but there is a way it all disappears from my head sometimes. I don’t feel like am moving on in my life, I feel like I shud be living a completely different life and I will give it a try, I am going to fast and drown myself in God. I need direction in my life.
