I want to buy a model, but I don't know if it's possible to build on this model or not? Are all the details of the frame, walls, partitions drawn in the model, or is it just a three-dimensional, introductory model? Which one can walk on and that 's it ? can you show a screenshot of what the model consists of?

the 3D model comes in several different formats, the RVT file is a detailed 3D model which includes all the elements you mentioned, you can take to your local architect and it would be very simple to edit.
The file also includes all the drawings, plans, blueprints of the house in CAD and PDF.. both in metric and imperial.

For construction costs, please refer to your local quantity surveyor as we can only give you a rough estimation.
This house estimation cost in the US is around 100k USD.
