Pool should be rectangular with a hot tub/chairs outside a pool/bigger deck/deck around the house-a detached garage 15’ft from house,gravel 20’ft in in every direction lowers homeowners insurance.😊

Kitchen is too small and you need a garage. All that can be remedied. I like the concept.

My dad built 1970's A-frame cottage and about 2019-2020 someone copied it and earned lots of money, and some were truly exact copies about it. I say those kind of people are low-lives and disqusting. And the other that they are all dark, the third that they look filthy before they are built (virtual scetch) and especially after they built them. Some people just don't have any morals etc 🙁

I wish i could afford a house with just 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, with a small kitchen, Topless kitchen. I have not lived with my son for years now. We sold our home and I moved into my parents. They hate me being here, paying rent all of the money is fine. My oldest got sick and now’s he’s better, his mental health is back on track, I would give up anything and everything to get my kids the right help. I just miss living with my bus and and my youngest. I pray someday we will all live under one roof again. Simple is all we need, and I need to show them that I love them. I am saving and so is my hubby so we can be together with our child, I would go for something even smaller, if need be just to be with them again. Canada is so expensive to live in. This doesn’t look like it would be very cheap it’s so incredibly beautiful tho. Ty for sharing,

Love that there’s an elevator! ❤ This looks okay at front but inside it is deceivingly HUGE✨😮✨ I’d make some changes on the 3rd floor though, as I’d recommend that the bath be closer to the pool in order that the residents/guests won’t be dripping water on the game room floor when they need to wash the chlorinated water off after swimming

Nice, but I would move the floor plan around myself. Why have the laundry room take prime real estate with that window view? I would put it toward the middle and convert it into a mud room with a car port on the side with an entry. Also I would want the kitchen and dining toward the back, as we cook and entertain outdoors as well as indoors. I would prefer a design in which what one would actually do become part of the design. I love the design, but room placement needs work.

What a stunning home! I realized I was 3/4 of the way through the video and my mouth was literally hanging open! To do this house service, you would need a phenomenal piece of property, but the end result would be worth the search! The angled hall makes each room feel special with their non-90-degree corners! I think I would make a small change to have a table in front of the fireplace and make that my dining room while the music hall would become my living room. The only downsides that I can find with this plan are: 1. There is no laundry room (this one is actually a deal-breaker for me); and 2. There is no good place for an attached garage. Regardless of those deficiencies, it is still a beautiful plan to look at. 😍

You can say that this can be a demon lord’s 🧛domicile built in the modern world, and I should say it’s quite a stunner✨ Though I can see that only a shapeshifting demon lord🦇 and his smaller minions can possibly pass through the main entrance fluidly as an ordinary human being can only use it if he would go on his hands and knees and crawl 🙇‍♂️under that arch to access the door. 🚪😂 Thus they will have walk though 🚶the garage door and cross the bar to get into the dining area. I guess it’s a stretch for mere mortals but perfect for otherworldly beings! 😆

整個前院戶外沙發和後院床,再加上整個樓梯,在下雨時不就都會打溼了啊!! 在自家上2樓還要打傘啊!! 而且這樣美的二樓臥室,居然沒有衛浴啊!!

Stunning creativity & imagination. Have never seen such an exotic fantasy design rendered in an A frame ever before.

First problem: how do get furniture into the house with that spiral staircase at the entrance?

Maybe do a follow-up video on the actual build of this home as it will be very interesting to see how the builder overcome some of the challenges of this design. All in all a nice rendering, but would have rather seen an actual build home vs digital image.
