So nice of you to say. Thanks so much for watching.
Isn’t it great that we can all live the RV lifestyle that works best for each of us. Love the fishing boat idea!!
It sure is!
Thank you for the weekly videos, it helps so much in our research. We are going full time in another year or so, wondering what trim level your F350 is?
Great video guys!!!
We FT in a 48’ TH for almost 2 years now and we talk about it ALL the time!! We would choose it again bcuz of the storage options and the separate living/garage space. We took out the bench seats and put a desk in there and our daughter and friends will visit and stay in the queen bed…they love it!!!In addition to the garage space, the loft is perfect for less frequently utilized things!!! We added a stackable washer/dryer in the half bath in the garage which we love. It kinda makes the garage seem less open bcuz it’s closed off, but it works well for us.
The size really hasn’t been a big deal for us as we have been in some tight CG’s, but we are set up for boondocking like you guys, so we take advantage of the free camping when we can.
We most certainly would choose a TH again, bcuz of the xtra storage options and a separate space that makes it feel more like a home.
We use the Garmin RV GPS as well, but we also run the Hammer trucker app as well to backup the GPS. The Hammer app is free and IMO I like it better than the RV GPS. The RV GPS has let us down several times, but it was not an address issue. But, you guys are sooo right about inputting the correct address for it.
As you guys make your way out west, there is a very niiiice RV park called Bryce Valley Ranch RV & Horse Park that we are staying at which we love. Great location with good rates for longer stays. The owners Pete and Sherry have an awesome place which IMO is a hidden gem!!! They close for the winter in early November.
👍😃🍻
Awesome. I’ll checkout the Hammer app. You’re the second to mention that one. Never hurts to have a backup. Thanks for the campground suggestion. Appreciate it
@k-mparker which Brand & model of TH do you have?
@@liketheresnotomorrowYour welcome!
@@kristenmccreary8692We have. Luxe 47FB. We were fortunate to place our order over 2.5 years ago to avoid the 4 price increases that transpired after locking in our price. Otherwise, we would not have purchased one - toooo priceeee now!
First, let me say I love your videos. Honesty. I have a truck camper on an F450. This is great for me, not for everyone. Same with your rig. People should let people live their best life. If they are shaming, they are jealous. 👍 As far as issues with a rig. Hello, it happens with vehicles, houses, tvs, everything build can have issues. It is not manufacturer specific.
Indeed. Thanks for watching
Love your videos! We are shopping for EBikes we want foldable ones to put in the back of our Gladiator Jeep
We have Rad e-bikes. I think they have foldable ones too
Hello. Many people will say never buy new, but for me... new is generally better. The warranty, the knowing what is what from the start. Buying used, yes the price is better, but you have to figure to what others have done to the rig and sometimes people do some odd things. I'd have a ToyHauler w/w/d in the back if I had help , but...so good for you two!!! Would have been nice to meet up with you two, here in SD. Safe travels!! Thanks for sharing.
We think new was a good move for us as well
Great information. 😀
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks for sharing your knowledge and journey.
Glad it was helpful!
You guys are awesome!!!
We have our moments. lol Thanks for watching. Appreciate your support.
Informative videos. Following to get info about boondocking. We have been full time for 12 years but have never boondocked. What is the name of your e-bikes?
Awesome. We have lots of boondocking stuff coming soon! We have Rad e-bikes
I still have a dining table that fits a toy holder. You’re welcome to come and get it if for more information comment me. 👍
You still have it!? lol we have nowhere to put it.
Can yall do a video on video editing
I (Darlene) am no editing expert. lol It was so hard to learn just the basics. I use Adobe Premiere Pro. I literally just used the tutorials and searched RUclips for how to do any specific edit. It was the hardest part of starting the channel. Marc from Keep Your Daydream has a course that’s really helpful. Just go to their website or maybe search “How to start a RUclips channel” course.
Sorry, forgot to ask you guys, where did you get the nautilus shower curtain deal?
Checkout the link in the description. They didn’t have the size we needed on Amazon so we went directly to Stoett.
Great video! I do have a honest question. Have you guys weighed your full rig? We are in the researching stage before going full time and debating between a F350 and a HDT to pull a similar size toy hauler (Using as office no toys). Just worried we are going to be overweight. Would much prefer the size and convenience of a F350, but really worried about weight. I know the F350 can pull these no problem, just worried if there was ever an accident and the liability of being overweight. Appreciate your channel, have enjoyed watching most of your videos!
We have been weighed twice. We have about 250 pounds wiggle room. Although, we got rid of our washer dryer combo and the big Onan generator, so I’m guessing we are pretty good. We did shift some weight into the garage after the last weigh showed us a little heavy up front.
@@liketheresnotomorrow Those are definitely heavy items that would make a big difference. Also your shower door. Never thought about the possibility of adding more weight/moving heavier items to the garage in order to lighten the hitch weight. Appreciate the quick response. Thanks!
Where did you find your side patio support rods? First time I ever seen those.
This one is in our Amazon store under Outdoors. Check out this page from liketheresnotomorrow www.amazon.com/shop/liketheresnotomorrow?ref_=cm_sw_r_apin_aipsfshop_aipsfliketheresnotomorrow_AJ44QWCZPFEVD2P0WTGA&language=en_US
@@liketheresnotomorrow thanks, I’ll check it out.
You guys are awesome! I definitely want a toy hauler, with the longer garage (basically the same size as yours), and I LOVE your side patio!!
I really like the Brinkley Model G except that it doesn’t have the side patio. 🫤
Did anyone give you any tips or tricks on towing and parking it when you first got it? Or did you figure it all out on your own?
Also, Hugo is such a sweet boy! He’s so well behaved! My dog would love hanging out on the patio as well. 😊
One final thought… or request… what if since he usually parks it, you try parking it once? I am also of the mindset, where there’s a will there’s a way, so I know I could do it on my own, but seeing another woman do that whole park the big rig herself thing would give me added confidence! 🙏
I want to eventually drive the rig but it just hasn’t happened yet. I have some anxiety issues that I need to work through. Maybe when we get to some flat areas. lol
We just turned to some RUclips videos on backing in the rig. Barry had driven larger trailers before, so that was helpful. There are driving schools and instructors as well.
