    Ingredients:
    1 kilo squash
    1/4 cup coconut milk
    1 can evaporated milk (big)
    1 can condensed milk (small)
    1 cup sugar
    3 tbsp. margarine/butter
    Procedure:
    1. Peel, wash and cut into cubes the squash. Put it in steamer with boiling water. ( you can boil the squash) I preferred steam to keep the flavor of squash.
    2. Steam the squash until it soft. Mash the Steamed squash using fork.
    3. In a pan melt the butter add the evaporated milk, condensed milk, coconut milk, sugar and the Mashed Squash. Cook in a low fire for about almost an hour. Continue stirring until the mixture becomes thick.
    4. Transfer in a clean container and let it cool completely. Sprinkle some grated cheese on top.
