My math teacher/ step instructor is Arusha DePeiza, the one in the front of the "Drop it Like It's Hot" flag, she taught us (my 5th grade step team) all of these. Look up KIPP Lynn A New Sense. Because of her, I'm on that step team next year :)
one, if you know youre hair is going to be in your face put it up. second, dont fix yourself in between steps do it while youre stepping no one will notice. i know this because i am a stepper.

Its not the same Step is way more advanced then what cheer leaders do ITS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT
Pretty Crissy Step isn’t more “advanced” as cheerleaders do extreme stunts whereas steppers do not.
