Hey y'all, here in Florida we gotta watch for HUGE banana spiders 🕸️🕷️ laced across the trails so gotta slow the pace to navigate. Near swampy waters, gotta watch for Gators 🐊 oh and sun bathing mocasins or rattlesnakes 🐍 Mosquitoes down here should be our state bird but hey, other than that, trail running ALWAYS beats the roads. Thanks y'all for great video! 👍
Thanks, Eva! Glad you like the picture-in-picture style format. I kind of stumbled into that idea from the first Pawtuckaway State Park/Channel Intro video and it seems to work... Keeps it from just being running footage and more visually interesting than just delivering the info in front of a backdrop, etc.
I’m also from mass. I’ll have to check out that trail. I used to be a xc runner in high school and was extremely obsessive about pace. I haven’t ran on the streets in about a year and I don’t think I ever will again. There’s nothing fun about cars/trucks flying past you. I don’t even look at my watch when I go out for trail runs
As a trail hiker for many decades, I thought this video would be about why it's preferable to run rather than just hike on trails. But no, it's about why it's preferable to run on trails instead of running on roads. Sigh. Most of the reasons offered apply equally to running vs. hiking on trails, and a few (quiet, nature) make hiking preferable to running.
This video inspired me to go run the local trail again. Not all hero's wear capes
First time running this trail today, it was amazing.

Great music too👏
Osgood Hill! Just explored this last week. Excited to find some woods to run in! Maybe I'll see ya on the trails. Love the videos.
I'll definitely have to do more trail running. Also, love that your wife runs with you.
This is a great format for sharing information while also showing beautiful scenery

May I ask ... where are you wearing/carrying your action camera during the POV shots? Head? Chest? In your hand?
