January 2024 Tea Flight- Toasting in the New Year

Dominion Tea creates these monthly flights to encourage people to explore different types of tea, practice identifying flavors, and just be present with and find joy in what they are drinking.
We have designed the January flight to highlight teas with toasted characteristics and the Champaign of tea, Darjeeling. This is a good flight to expand your pallet.
1st Flush Darjeeling: The champagne of the black tea world! Our first flush FTGFOP darjeeling is hand-produced from the Gopaldhara Estate. A complex and fragrantly floral tea with a sweet finish.
Ti Kuan Yin: Named for Mahayana Buddhism’s Goddess of Mercy, Ti Kuan Yin is one of the oldest and most renowned oolongs. A medium-body mouthfeel boasts warm nut and dried fruit flavors with a sweet finish.
Genmaicha Organic: This Japanese staple blends green tea with toasted brown rice kernels, balancing the green tea’s natural astringency with a lightly toasted and nutty smoothness. A reinvigorating mid-afternoon tea.
