most of the people vlogging in this area or heading towards Annapurna base camp completely miss to capture the journey to Ghandruk which is so beautiful. Having done this trek from Naya pul to Ghandruk on foot, you guys still managed to capture the journey to Ghandruk so gracefully and it's so cute to see both of you enjoying every aspect of it. Thank you for taking me back home :)
As a Nepali living in a foreign country, I've enjoyed watching your videos a lot and it fills my heart with so much delight to see you two enjoy your time in our beautiful country.
One of the best moments of this video was Flora reflecting on what this moment felt like. This video is proof that the journey is the destination. Thanks for sharing it with us.
Flora and Note, great video my wife has been to Napal and enjoyed it very much. Thanks for the in-depth peek of this area I was on edge as you walked the trail. It was so sweet of you to share your almonds with the two ladies and to introduce yourselves, your enthusiasm and ability to explore the obscure is amazing to me. Thank you much piece, love and safe travels to you both. Andy ❤❤
I was there in gandhruk 16 years ago me and my 3 other friends. It was beautiful . There were no roads back then, we had to hike from naya pool and it was beautiful. Thank you very much for the video, it reminded me of my good times I had in foot hills of Himalayas . And yes we call it hills , 😂😂. Have fun ,,,
It's good to see you again Flora and Note. This was one noice journey you had! the emotions you people share is so magical and makes us connected with you throught the journey. Keep Exploring ❤
Wow! This is my first stumble upon a "Flora and Note" travel episode. What a treat! The combination of your charming personalities and genuine delivery is entertaining enough on its own - (can't wait for the cooking show!). Together with the crafty production, you guys have a way of personalizing this travel experience in a way i've not seen anywhere else! This needs to be a popular TV show if its not already!!!
You were not scammed. I just Google it. You need permission to enter the village or go up higher. It is 7 days permissive. The worth of Permits and TIMS are: ACAP Permit cost: $30 per person. TIMS card cost: $20. Like the guy said if you had obtained from the Tourist Office it would have been bit cheaper.
We never said we were scammed. We had misinformation from someone else saying we didn’t need a permit. If we knew beforehand, we could have gotten the permits cheaper in Pokhara.
hey guys, what up how are you feeling about Nepal's cultural heritage and people? not only that place, you have to visit for Easten part of Nepal too. like Illam, Dharan, and Khotang where cultural heritage like temples and Gumbs over there.
The little interactions you had with passing by villagers was the highlight for me…..I hope u liked my country. Thank u for visiting. I haven’t been back in years….
Flora and Note this is one of the best video that you both have uploaded this summer, because this video shows that you both can go anywhere around the world and have a wonderful experience. Most importantly you both treat the locals with respect.
You two are the best vloggers imo. The way you show your emotions and gratitude towards everything is impressive. Sending good wishes from nepal ! come back here again
Wonderful video again, Note & Flora. Thank you so much for sharing the journey to Ghandruk....a tough one indeed. Anyway, wish you both peace and happiness on your travels. Looking forward to part 2 next week ✌️🤞
A long-time subscriber here and I just noticed you are over 100K. Wow, you guys have come a long way. So happy for you. Keep the heartfelt videos coming and safe travels.🙏
I use to go Nepal 2 times a year for business. You are sei g the wonders of Nepal which many can only dream of. Car+Jeep+Hike = VehicleTron! Enjoy the God given beauty of the mountains. Stay safe
Peace of mind and pleasure is not where u r but u two being together, is the most wonderful thing.U guys look like u r an example of true friends, true lovers..hehe ...U guys r sooo good at handling every situations so easily.. If u r good, U find everyone good.Thts it.. ENJOY NEPAL..
Wow!! sorry about the ACAP fee and TIMS permit- yes, any hiking group or visitors to the area in Annapurna (and many other trekking destinations esp. Everest) involves entrance steep fee, and it continues to rise too... Anyway, love both of you, your smiles and curiosity, and enjoyed a lot on the music that you've chosen to accompany this vid. It's just perfect and sweet to my ears! :) Ghandruk is definitely a very special place to be, it still has its charms but was magical in the old days.. glad you've finally exploring this side of Nepal ;) Yes... i must watch the next part, Hehe!
You guys should have hike to Australian base camp it’s just 1 hour from gandruk. You can stay in the tent and the view of mountains range is unbelievable.
Ghandruk to Australian camp is about 9-10 hrs trek.. But if you go from Kande then its around 3 hrs trek. But while returning is just 1 hr coz you hike down
I remember my first ever trek to Annapurna Base Camp, and we sheltered in Ghandruk on the way. I was just amazed by the view of mountains and almost fainted when I got to see from the base camp, lol. Feels nostalgic, thanks for the video. Hope you guys had a time of your life. :)
I request you to go to Bhujung village in Lamjung to experience warmness of people there. It’s one of the beautiful village in Nepal. One day reach Bhujung village directly, spend a night and early in the morning go to Ghale gaun ( Ghale village) which was on the way when going to Bhujung. You will se beautiful himalayas from Ghale gaun. Please visit Lamjung, my humble request. Enjoy your stay in Nepal❤️
Aww you guys are just sooo humble and amazing. Have been watching your videos from the very beginning and its so nice to see you exploring our country.
Acap permit cost 3000 per head and TIMS cost 2000 ….TIMS is for trekking so if u had taken permit in pokhara stating you are not trekking and just visiting you could have end up paying 3000 per head …as you have to buy up it would be expensive
Your videography is so cinematic. You guys are super talented and really know how to tell a story. Thoroughly enjoyed the video! lol we take motion sickness pills everywhere we go too. They really come in handy while travelling. Those drone shots were so spectacular!
❤ you gays are looking really beautiful with each other ❤❤ Thank you for your enjoying Nepal 🇳🇵🇳🇵🇳🇵 Lots of love from heat of Nepal ❣️❣️🇳🇵🇳🇵🇳🇵🇳🇵and Nepali people ❤❤❤🇳🇵🇳🇵🇳🇵
Flora & Note thanks for taking us along on your Nepal trip! Lovely people. Very interesting. The food looks good. How has your digestive health been? No worries?
It’s been better than we expected! Only one incident where we got sick from a Korean restaurant…seems like sticking with local Nepali food is the safest choice.
Hi Flora & Note, loves your great videos.... Simple yet high quality.... You are a great inspiration... Am starting my own & hope to be as successful as both of you... Take Care...
Guys, if you really want to know about gurung village and culture you should visit khilang and siklesh village which is 3-4 hours drive from Pokhara .Ghandruk is too much commercialized now. You cannot get anything. Go to khilang village and siklesh.
"You have chosen the perfect destination, Ghandruk Village. It's a beautiful village renowned for its rich traditional culture.
