- Healthier Natural Breathing by movement-less yoga takes some time getting the hang of, but the time, effort, perseverance in tiny pockets of 10-15 minutes and in a gentle kind mindful manner to oneself (it is not a rigorous practice; you don't even sweat, and in fact if you sweat, you take time to cool off than continue) yields better results over time. It takes an effort to learn to be gentle, unstressing and kind without being rigorous to oneself. I took a long time learning to do just enough until I learned movement-less yoga is a bit like going to a spa treatment, where if you get hot and sweaty, you pause and take a break. Cool off, take a walk or do something else and come back to a little more of simple warmth, softness and moisture awareness in different parts of your body. This is beginner's practice, but it could be taxing in the sense that movement-based exercise may be rigorous, methodical and with fixed sets of exercises.

I tend to release videos at beginner level because that is safe for the uninitiated and takes time, and can be included with other methods of health care. It could be a standalone health maintenance practice with further advancement in learning, but basics is where beginning starts and gets better from.
