Use your VA loan to buy a multi-family to live in.
Get a 2yr degree online during your first enlistment, using the tuition-reimbursement.

I remember when you asked the median household income question during an LDP at Campbell ROTC and I thought it was $100k! This was great content, especially for ROTC Cadets! Great work!

This is great! I’ve been looking for someone in the military community to put it all together for me. Some just focus on the TSP, some on real estate, others on the retirement process itself. You are the first one I’ve found to combine multiple aspects of military retirement and your desired lifestyle. Great content. Keep it up. Looking forward to seeing more!

Dan this is such an informative and much-needed video for anyone wanting to get their financial plans together while serving. I for one am going through getting myself prepared to invest after I've taken myself out of debt so I will definitely be referring to your videos when there. Keep it up, Ranger!

Subscribed, I loved wrestling and now I do jujitsu. Beautiful profession to strive towards my wrestling coach helped me develop as a young man. A lot of lessons learned through competition and adversity.

@@MilitaryCashflow Only for the money. Military Job was in Computer networking, I have the degree and IT certs. I figured why stay at home doing nothing, when I can make six figures working remotely in IT.

@@MilitaryCashflow I only do it for the extra money, Wife and I both have the military pensions plus max VA. Honestly I don’t have much bills, house is paid off and so are both cars. I work from home as a network engineer so it doesn’t much feel like work, just doing same job I did in the military. It’s too boring to sit at home and not do anything, plus your back starts to ache from sitting on the couch too long.
