Banish double Tidal for Redox > Summon White Stone > Sync for any lvl 8 > Search for Blue-Eyes > Banish Blue Eyes & Redox for Tempest > attack for game.
wasnt really a shark. Billy clearly forgot to do an optional effect, and proceeded to make another play before realizing his mistake. not to mention he called fraizer a douche bag at the end, which imo is pretty unsportsmenlike.
So in this situation, Fraizer was in the technical right, Billy forgot to activate the tempest ability and after he activated ravine and blaster then went to go for the tempest, but its his attitude that gets to me, he could have just said it normally, not with that snobbish way, im with billy all the way here.
Forgetting to search for Tempest, then going two plays on, then remembering you forgot is the a player error. It sucks, but this is a tournament and these players treat it as a sport. If you were playing football, on a professional level, and your opponent said "crap we forgot to run this play, can we go back and do it again?" Ofcourse you would say no. Stop treating like a hobby and start treating it like a career or at the very least a part time job.
it's a rule, just not very well known. It's because cards like question exist that depend on the grave being in order and konami's really anal about that even though no one uses it. It's the reason why your extra and main deck have to have the same colored sleeves at big events now.
If billy would've banished tidals for redox summoned white stone for collossal and banished redox and white stone for tempest he would've had enough damage to win.
It's probably just a habit. I remember back in the Tengu Plants days you had to keep a constant eye on you and your opponent's grave to remember if they used Glow-Up, had a Dandylion, etc. Just annoying stuff.
Did you NOT here Billy throughout the entire game? He was being a cocky prick. I'm glad we caught it on camera, considering from an outsiders point of view we've never seen him act like that
lol billy could have killed fraizer at the end if he banished the 2 tidals to summon the redox in his hand and kept the tempest in grave then used redox and whitestone to synchro into scrap or colossal or whatever and then summoned tempest 2800+2400=5200 fraizer was at 5100 billy misplayed when he synchroed with tempest instead of redox
Here's the thing, if you forget to search due to card effect, and you keep playing, that's on you, that's you forgetting what your deck does, and trying to take something back several turns later is crap, it's called game state, if he had searched his card, he would've had a different draw card the next turn, and that draw could've been something that won him the game right there. So shut up by saying Frazier is a dick, he's not, he just knows game state rules.
Just watching this now because i forgot how frazier was a dick but billy obviously knew he was just searching with terra and searching with tempest at the same time to save time but frazier is a dick cuz they are friends and you don't do that to a friend and it wasn't turns later it was a play later
Accept your missplay and quit whining about. Jesus. If that happened to me I'd be upset with myself for missplaying, not my opponent for calling me on it.
pretty disappointed from Billy, first game was horrible - also couldn't remember he used Tidal's effect like 10 seconds ago and wants to summon it and then banishes both instead of 1 Tidal 1 Redox to get the search.
I think only one player made the mistake of “this is an easy win, I’ll just play like I’m at locals”. While Agent Smith proceeded to show just how real the Matrix is.
Billy made the misplay why cry about it. Goes to show how he acts towards his friends and teammates. If he was playing at any other event the same thing would happen. bad sportsmanship on his part.
Billy Brake: "It's very rare for me to get mad at someone, very rare." You should be mad at yourself, your the one who forgot the search, dont blame that on Frazier, he isnt supposed to remember for you xD
Billy acted like such a child about forgetting an optional effect. I know I would have been a bit salty about it, too, but not because I would have expected my friend to bend the rules for me. I lost so much respect for him here.
Am i the only one annoyed by billy brakes paying style? Annoying card rifling then looking in the grave 7 times like he's magically gonnah get options lol
"I WOULDNT WANT TO PLAY ME AT FULL POWER EITHER!" that was amazing, straight out of the SOME DBZ RIGHT THERE!
Thank you Bordam T. and Calvin for making me discover this amazing matchup lol Billy is a savage
Good to know this footage isn't gone forever... Thanks for uploading! ^^
7:45: "Why are you talking like that?" "I'm just talking like I normally do."
Billy Brake talks like a Yu-gi-oh! character IRL!
tbf Frazier had a point, if you forget you forget, it has a cash prize he's not just gonna let you take back a misplay......
thanks for the re upload
I was thinking the same thing.
He was just on super tilt.
Salinity somewhere around 70 ppt.
In game 1 why didnt billy summon the redox and synch with the stone and then summon tempest and attack for game?
If you ever wanted to see what being on *tilt* during a duel looks like.
What being passive aggressive and gay looks like*
"I wouldn't want to play against me at full power either" lol
Haha he really said "I want to kill you this turn I just wanna make sure I do it right since your being so serious" < wow
DKAYED BROUGHT ME HERE!
What the hell is a Circuit Series? So it's a special event sponsored by ARG? How many players at this event?
Hello Dkayed Brigade!
In my experience, that is true, though I don't think you see as many pop offs like in YGO
He couldn't have summoned Redox at the end of game 1. He already used its effect that turn to search for another Redox.
do you know what rule sharking is?
I wouldnt wanna play me at full power either xD
Banish double Tidal for Redox > Summon White Stone > Sync for any lvl 8 > Search for Blue-Eyes > Banish Blue Eyes & Redox for Tempest > attack for game.
But i get that he was terraforming and searching and then he mightve been thinking tok far ahead to realize he misplayed
wasnt really a shark. Billy clearly forgot to do an optional effect, and proceeded to make another play before realizing his mistake. not to mention he called fraizer a douche bag at the end, which imo is pretty unsportsmenlike.
Never mind now that I rewatched it he did move on to the next play. I still stand by the fact that they are teammates.
Billy can't let it go... :/ So sad.
No because you are looking at his banished pile, not his graveyard. He didnt have any monsters left in his grave after he ss Tempest.
Billy let his salt get the better of him and wasnt thinking, he had game 1 if he had just summoned redox before tempest.
It's the first event for a large prize. If you misplay, accept it bro.
Why did he say you NEED to keep your graveyard in order? That is not a rule I ever heard of
So in this situation, Fraizer was in the technical right, Billy forgot to activate the tempest ability and after he activated ravine and blaster then went to go for the tempest, but its his attitude that gets to me, he could have just said it normally, not with that snobbish way, im with billy all the way here.

Lemme shuffle my hand 900 times to think of my move
If billy would've banished tidals for redox summoned white stone for collossal and banished redox and white stone for tempest he would've had enough damage to win.
The salt flows.
It's probably just a habit. I remember back in the Tengu Plants days you had to keep a constant eye on you and your opponent's grave to remember if they used Glow-Up, had a Dandylion, etc. Just annoying stuff.
How the mighty have fallen.
any lvl 8 sans stardust* essentially anything 2700 ^
Did you NOT here Billy throughout the entire game? He was being a cocky prick. I'm glad we caught it on camera, considering from an outsiders point of view we've never seen him act like that
have you ever played yugioh before?
dude he was trolling frazier
"Who woulda thought 2 YCS Champions would be playing a feature match with Blue-Eyes White Dragon in their deck?" #Humblebrag
lol billy could have killed fraizer at the end if he banished the 2 tidals to summon the redox in his hand and kept the tempest in grave then used redox and whitestone to synchro into scrap or colossal or whatever and then summoned tempest 2800+2400=5200 fraizer was at 5100 billy misplayed when he synchroed with tempest instead of redox
If billy would have summond the red ox before the tempest synced into collosal than summed tempest he wins right there
Frazier had scarecrow
Here's the thing, if you forget to search due to card effect, and you keep playing, that's on you, that's you forgetting what your deck does, and trying to take something back several turns later is crap, it's called game state, if he had searched his card, he would've had a different draw card the next turn, and that draw could've been something that won him the game right there. Its a petty thing in this match to call it, but there is a rule
This is some great yugioh-watching right here, lol
he says its very rare he gets mad lol
I wouldnt want to play me at full power either.
yeahhh i think imma start playing MTG again. Ygo players are so disrespectful.
big deal, who hasnt had a dispute with their friend
He didnt lose because Frazier wanted an easy win... He lost because HE forgot to search. Thats his fault. Which is why he was mad salty.
"Play Hard or Go Home"???
Go home Billy
Yeah, seriously...after that one misplay, he just got too flustered to make smarter moves that game..
Billy had game and literally just chose not to win game 1
Billy saltier then the salt march
Accept your missplay and quit whining about. Jesus. If that happened to me I'd be upset with myself for missplaying, not my opponent for calling me on it.
I hate everyone who shuffles around their hand around frantically and can't keep still, it's annoying as shit.
dis ygo beef tho
yugioh underground!
pretty disappointed from Billy, first game was horrible - also couldn't remember he used Tidal's effect like 10 seconds ago and wants to summon it and then banishes both instead of 1 Tidal 1 Redox to get the search.

the only thing i dont like about yugioh is players getting shitty during a match. it totally takes the fun out of the game
"it's ok, i wouldn't want to play me at full power either." that is what i mean by "shitty".
I like how Billy tried to cheat with the Tidal. Those are some cheap tactics.
Billy made the misplay why cry about it. Goes to show how he acts towards his friends and teammates. If he was playing at any other event the same thing would happen. bad sportsmanship on his part.
I used to like Billy. Now I hate him with a passion
how is it a shark..he misplayed plain and simple...
what a scrub. all billy had to do was ss redox not tempest.
Billy Brake: "It's very rare for me to get mad at someone, very rare." You should be mad at yourself, your the one who forgot the search, dont blame that on Frazier, he isnt supposed to remember for you xD
Yeah this was kinda lame to see 2 "Pro" players act like this. Like I get aggravated when I lose I a game I knew I had.
lol tidal
Lol
pɹıǝʍ sɐʍ ɥɔʇɐɯ sıɥʇ
Fraizer only wins by rule sharking srsly.
salt
lol
he talks so damn much
salty
Billy acted like such a child about forgetting an optional effect. I know I would have been a bit salty about it, too, but not because I would have expected my friend to bend the rules for me. I lost so much respect for him here.
Billy fake lol
I am no longer a fan of Billy Brake.
Lost a bit of respect for Frazier after seeing this. Not much. Just a bit.
Am i the only one annoyed by billy brakes paying style? Annoying card rifling then looking in the grave 7 times like he's magically gonnah get options lol
