As a runner myself and I did a sub 4 hr at Munich last month. I’m now really debating giving Hyrox a go. Just seems like such a fun event and a great atmosphere. Apparently it’s coming to us in Scotland next year although wait to see if that’s confirmed

i wonder why they changed the order of the workouts they did with Lucy? In the run at the beginning - nick has a full sleeve tattoo, and then in the next segment (the hydrox workout) his sleeve is still with big gaps, and then at the end of the video when they talk black friday it's a full sleeve again. i just finding editing choices interesting. great vdeo - loved Lucy during the speed project and glad to see her working more with BPN

Hello, thank you for your good content. I was running for a while and up to 15 kilometers without any problem, then my left leg started to hurt. I went to an orthopedist, he wrote an MRI scan and I have a slight Minx tear problem. For my left leg, I need physiotherapy and muscle strengthening to delay muscle contraction, but my problem has not been solved. There is no way. Thank you for the treatment
