- Our first “food tour” but not our first time to Ocean Isle Beach NC! We love it so much we had to go back, and this time we stayed the entire week and ate a WHOLE BUNCH OF FOOD! Get an insane look at all the food we enjoyed on our vacation! I had to start a diet before we even came home haha 😂 . We’ll show you where we ate, all the restaurants, and where we stayed, and some beautiful scenery too like the peaceful beach and vibrant sunsets. We even took care of a little Christmas shopping while there too. It was a relaxing and YUMMY vacation 😋 😋 🌊 🥘 🍕🥂 Ocean Isle is one of our favorite North Carolina beaches! 💕 Cathy

Hi friends! 💙 Thank you for being here for our yummy food tour in Ocean Isle! We had so much delicious food on this vacation! I had to start a diet before we even came home haha. 😂 My favorite was the Smoke & Mirrors brisket sandwich at Smoked (it has BACON JAM on it!) and the extreme cookie from Purple Onion Cafe! Oh and the cold beer at Inlet Grill…with that view! And the pizza & calzone… well, it was all so good and yummy! 💕 If you’ve been to Ocean Isle - what is your fave restaurant? Love Causeway Grill for a quick breakfast, OIFC of course, and Roberto's Italian restaurant is a nice change of pace. Going back in June and looking forward to checking out some new places.

She took me to Ocean Isle for the first time after all those years she has been there and i reserved a room here in this area vs Myrtle. Hi Kimberly! Yes as a matter of fact we love how everything is close. Myrtle beach is much bigger with much more to do if that helps. But we love how quaint OIB is. And… you can always drive to MB for the day if you want as well. Hope that helps!!!

how does OIB compare to OKI?
Hi! Great question! We love both beaches. We got married at OKI and went there for years. It’s more rustic is how I would describe it. Not as rustic as outerbanks, but more rustic than ocean isle. Ocean isle is smaller in my opinion. It seems like it takes less time to get from one end to the other. It also seems like oak island has gotten way more expensive than it used to be, but that may apply to OIB as well …. It applies to everything lol
